I fell in love with her as soon as I've met her in the story
Headcanon says that she left her regiment for DED and racked up a large bodycount.
Theory that mat contian spoilers. I think they got got by Varyagers. She gets real mad at one point and has her own moment where Groza has to pull her back. Groza gets understanably mad about this but Colphene goes turbo mad. Then she has a 180 personality shift where she suggests deleting Veply's neural cloud/digimind data,and decommissioning Veply, since a Broker doesnt really need/want Veply around and the Commander isnt sure about taking her T-Doll. She stays grumpy the rest of the chapter with a very deadpan expression. Something tells me it was prettt bad because as soon as it happens Colphene is ready to go on a war path of 'kill em all and let God sort them out'. TL/DR; Colphenes a harmacist. With a hate boner for Varyagers. Especially Varyagers. She just hides it behind her cutsey mask.

The JP dub of this part was really funny. I love Colphne, she is such a fun character for the story. But I honestly love the whole cast.

Tbf, she's the best character so far in terms of story and if we only talk about the new characters. Krolik is kinda meh, just your regular muscle head and Nemesis... Well, so far she's also just your regular competitive girls with the quirk of talking weird. While Colphine is actually multidimentional charactee with extended background and a lot of personality.
We haven't even gotten into depths with the characters yet. All we got is the reason Krolik and Nemesis having a bad blood is because of a third party, and they are both elites, but they hated each other so they ended up getting subpar results because each are doing their own thing

Understandable. Tbh, was experimenting with how often progress render save images, cause noticed that on prev runs sometimes I could end up building too much in single day, so difference between 2 images often end up too big. So it was taking 2 images now during day and night. Vanilla Rimworld at night not that dark, but I used mod for better night darkness, so this also played it part in causing this.
hi just so you know that having issues with new big updates is super common and you can go back versions by right clicking on the game and going to proptertys, then go to beta and beta partisapation and select 1.3 because thats what you was probs playing on
Ye, familiar with it. While the update itself is not a problem, since you can go back. The problem was that some mods getting updated and some of them no longer worked with save, even if reverse game version back. Plus steam itself updating the mods files without asking. Was trying to keep local copies of all mods to continue playing even after such, but it also had downsides, that compatability between mods start to break. So while on small modpack such approach working, but on big ones it easily can die out during big updates. When I rolled back basically some mods stopped working and game started go with too low fps and crash to often.

That's not what I meant. When you load old save it will use mods that got already updated and some just breaks backward compatability with it own saves.

But sadly it could. It takes only few mods to get updated without compatability with older saves and it can be gone. I playing with 300-400 mods I combine between different walkthroughs since alpha 18, if that's smh even important. I happy for you, if you will never had unluck to encounter such. It not always happen after all. Mods that change gameplay too much usually can cause such.

Simply Soil mod. You find a spot to dig soil from, then plant it as floor where you need.
Anything saved on the colonies demographics by the end?
All starting colonists was able to survive till the end, plus I think I more or less collected at least one colonist from each race I had mod for. Few pawns died to mechanoids, while others living on other outposts around the colony. If I got the question right.
This.....map has to be edited...right? There no way that can happen. That kind of terra is like impossible to spawn.
Map designer and Map Preview was used when picking up the starting spot. Basically designer prevented spawn of smaller mountains over left side, keeping more open space. Then I just went through many tiles on map till preview showed something interesting. Still kinda surprised how it generated hole in mountain like that.

Neat, I really like the lack of a killbox. Been trying to do my current mechanitor colony without using them and it's rough but interesting... Though Diablos is an asshat that keeps deleting my defensive positions. Noticed that you put a pen outside your defenses, did that work out decently for you? Or were the animals constantly under threat? Or did you have some kind of ''barn'' that you somehow got them to hide in when raiders showed up?
Tbh, was never really into killbox concept, cause it kinda made combat just as another more or less passive event. Plus I usually did had mods that either help with it like better turrets or covers. Additionally, outside of your base most missions you wouldn't be able to utilize killbox strat, so it pretty nice practice to work without it in base too. Pen I quite often put outside, cause it feel more reasonable that it outside, due to higher area with grass available there. For predators turrets helped, for enemies at worst I could just temporary change their area to inside of the base till I kill the threat, since it ususally didn't took too long. Overall this pen fence was 2nd line of defence, 1st one was fighting in open field, and 3rd is sandbags. Unless it something like mechanoids usually first 2 lines was enough, so animals was fine as it is.

Sadly, since 2020 I had windows reinstalled, so saves died with it, while leaving only images from Progress Renderer, since it was saving on different disk. Plus the main reason for why I stopped playing that colony was due to 1.3 release and killing half of the mods.
