    Hey y'all is it a cool buy with replayability?

  • @pdxmetal

    Balls sound really flimsy, like whiffle balls or other plastic. I wonder if you can roll heavier material without damaging the playfield.

    • @Networksandwoodworks
      @Networksandwoodworks 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was thinking the same. I just ordered one of these and hoping the balls are 3" like the original, then ill just buy the original balls for it.

    • @pdxmetal
      @pdxmetal 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Networksandwoodworks Depends on the durability of the playfield. It could get damaged by commercial balls. You'd need to investigate a bit and see what commercial machines use, the material of the balls and construction of the unit, and make a determination if the MD Sports could handle the extra abuse. Not just the playfield, but the scoring area as well. All I know is these balls are garbage.

    • @Networksandwoodworks
      @Networksandwoodworks 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@pdxmetal Thanks, I just got mine last night (I'm still putting it together) but the balls are smaller than the commercial one, but Im still going to order an original and try it. Im also working on a project to get rid of the original cpu and scoring and build a new one using a microcontroller and get sound samples of the original game.
