NaxShack is a place for the hobbyist and the animal lover! Here you’ll find some vids of my model O scale trains, accessories and some vids of other hobby related content and our Backyard Crittercam. Like others I have a lot of hobbies, but model RR is definitely my oldest one. I'm also into 1:10 R/C cars, 1:1 cars, dirt bikes, e-mini motos, playing music and anything outdoors related!

Here's a video of my MTH PRR cab #6145 taking a trip around the layout. This is a PS1 model, that I’ve installed a PS3 upgrade kit into many years ago. This has been featured in a few of my previous videos regarding smoke unit and body post repair.

Wish I had a steamer like that to pull my passenger cars rather than the diesel I do have,
The diesel is very cool Kevin! I have a Daylight colored SD40-2 project that I’ve been collecting parts for. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever find the chassis for it. I would like to get a Daylight colored diesel though one day!

Thanks Matt! The A5’s were built starting in 1916 I think. I know this may not technically be a 19th cent loco, but still looks the part and could definitely have been pulling 19th cent cars in its early days I would imagine. But yeah, the 19th cent cars are pretty cool! 😎

Oh nice Terry!! I actually have the KLine version also. Been gathering parts to upgrade that one to Lionel command control and Railsounds. I’ll prob do a multi part series on that upgrade.

Several Deer have been going through Yard at Night to head to the Ohio River for Water. They are really on the move here in WV with this Drought.
I bet Matt! You prob have herds coming through for water. We have quite a few small ponds nearby that they drink from and then they come over to our property for the wild violets, clover, wild blackberry and of course our shrubs 🤣
