I would put sauce onto the chicken before you put them on the grill in addition to what you’re already doing. Some slap ya mama wouldn’t hurt either!!

I can't understand why people remove the backbone of the chicken when spatchcocking it. Rather just cut down one side of it and open the bird up.

I bought the Genesis 310 of 12 years ago. I highly recommend taking care of yours as I didn't with mine and now I have to throw it out. I highly recommend keeping it covered. Mine rotted out the cart, and the bottom piece of sheet metal that gives it structural integrity can be broken apart with my hands. I replaced it with the Genesis II S-335 and plan on keeping a cover on this one. Cheers, and enjoy. Weber makes some sweet ass grills.

10 year top to bottom warranty, customer service is supposed to be real good, I have not needed anything for my 435 but I've only had it 3 years, those flavorizer bars are real thick but they definitely take the most abuse of anything on the grill

You should do a even heat test in your Weber with bread slices just to see how even the heat is. Cover the entire grill with white bread, start and two minutes later flip the slices to see how golden each slice is. You’d be surprised how well the Weber is compared to others. Great video!

Nice video, thanks. I had a Weber in Fort Lauderdale for over 22 years. It got year round use by myself and plenty of people who stayed in my boat docks. After hurricane Wilma graced us with her presence I found it jammed under the fish cleaning station laying on it's side. Poor thing. The only damage it sustained was the grease tray got sucked out and was dented. A little hammering back into shape and cleaning the water and vegetation debris out of every nook and cranny it fired right up. Love Weber grills.

I've had it close to 600 degrees with the outside of the cover temp gauge. Not exactly sure how accurate it actually is but it does get really hot. If you watch my latest video it was cooking that chicken on medium with only 2 burners on.
