    Does this mean A level difficult than Ausmat?

    • @yeee2172
      @yeee2172 8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, a lvls syllabus is definitely harder im 100% sure😭😭 the syllabus of a levels is WAYYY harder than ausmat since it’s a 1.5 -2 year program. Their syllabus is more extensive and cover more than ausmat. However I would say that ausmat is the hardest amongst all one year course like mufy, foundation and cimp based on my friends testimonial and comparison ❤ the hardest thing about ausmat is not the syllabus but the consistent performance in every small exams and assignments! Hope this helps!

      @@yeee2172 so do you mean Ausmat is slightly easier than A level?

    • @yeee2172
      @yeee2172 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@elynnlee8250 it depends from person to person. since i didn't take a levels and doesn't really know in depth about their syllabus/timetable etc. so idt i could give u advice on this. here's what i think: if u are an exam oriented person, go for a levels as there are more resources available online to score well in the exam. a lvls give you more options of uni compared to ausmat as it is more globally recognised. if u want to save time in pre-u and don't mind taking small tests for the 50% coursework marks and sit for an external paper in the end of the year which represents 50% external examination marks, go for ausmat. it really depends on which uni you wanna go to after pre-u. if you're aiming for ivy league schools, go for a lvls. may i know what are your concerns right now? i'll help as far as i could :)

      Yess that’s definitely the best choice, which is to apply for unis that offer direct intake! However pls do note that their application dates vary from one uni to another ya it’s not the same as vtac uac or satac. I dont think they take IGCSE results into consideration tho! As long as you did well in ausmat there shouldn’t be an issue 😙 also, do check their entry requirements for direct intake as it is usually much much higher than undergrad entry. All the best!! 💪💪

      Hmm, i don't think there are such scholarships in IMU which is based on your results in past semesters. From what I know, their scholarships are only given at an entry level, which is based on your pre-u results and household income. And only 2 students are offered full scholarship for MBBS programme (local pathway), where each one is for "financial need scholarship" and "merit scholarship". However, feel free to send their admission office an email to confirm the info! Hope this helps :))

      Hey! Thanks for the comment :)) there are a lot of reasons why I chose monash over imu, but the main one is that monash medical graduates could directly work in Australia without needing to take additional tests. For imu, unless we take the partner medical school programme, imu’ local degree is not recognised in aus.
