love this idea, but why did you use glue (2 different ones)? I've tried it now and used Versamark. sprinkled the powder on and brushed off if there are any straight lines. Also my leaves weren't green, but dried out and wrinkled. I flattened them under a weight for a couple of days.

Girl, you are SO talented and creative! I love your style/cards plus you have the best taste in music! "Humble" reminds me of Simon and Garfunkel back in the day. I do love some quality harmony (grammatically incorrect on purpose)! The background is to die for as the colors blend beautifully. I haven't been a huge fan of the tree trunk until today! I LOVE it! It (they) really set the scene! The Halloween pumpkins are perfect and the cat is the perfect touch! Hi Gayle, and thanks for all your kind remarks! I so love that I can inspire...! The background on this is kinda messy, but that is my style, more or less, I think..hehe... I like the tree trunk, because it's versatile, and I can use it for different size trees, and my new favorite is the tree branch that I just recently purchased....It is somewhat hard to find music with vocals, but very satisfied with those I have downloaded, tho. There will not be a tutorial from me next Tuesday, sorry to say. I'm on a very well earned week off in Greece (Zakynthos island) with hubby. thank you so much for this lovely tutorial and card idea. I have a question about the moon. When I go over the watercolors with gouache it all turns out messy collored instead of white moon. How can I do this right? Thank you and ♥ p.s. perhaps you see this twice but something went wrong in sending my reaction, maira
Hi there Maira, and thank you for your kind comments. Regarding the moon, be sure the watercolor(s) is all dry, before applying the gouache. Sometimes, I also get it like muddy with watercolors and the gouache... I just dabb with some tissuepaper and take off the excess gouache, dry with my blower, and paint another coat of gouache, This does the trick... hope this helps.... hugs, E
