I love this pattern this is my second time watching the tutorial I made one for my mom and I am making one for myself now! It is light pink and white!
Just a question, I was following along with this pattern and using the written instructions on screen rather than watching you do the stiches. It wasn't until I had finished the 18th row and I was watching waiting for the next steps and I saw you were doing double crochets, not half double crochets. Was that just a mistake in your written instructions or did you do the wrong stich for the body?
Oh no! My written instructions are wrong! 🤦🏻♀️ It's supposed to be double crochets. However, since you did so many rows of half doubles, instead of frogging it and redoing it with doubles, if you make a few more rows of half doubles it should equal out to the height you need it to be and you can finish off the pattern. I am so sorry about that!
@ Thanks for the reply. I just kept it as half doubles. Maybe add a caption thing to your video to mention it’s meant to be doubles. Love the pattern though! Gave to my mum at Christmas and she loves it.

What type of silk do you use?
The yarn i used is the red heart granny square yarn, you can also use any worsted weight yarn.
This tutorial is awesome!! Thank you so much!! I did not have the items to felt so did them with crochet and it is the cutest. Have you had a chance to add nice to do the wolverine?? Or any other superhero’s?? No stress just thought I would check in. Again thank you.

I bet if you skipped the eyes and stitched a line and some x's over the line where you would put them that would look cool!

Oh no! For round 2, you said "double crochet into each stitch around" instead of INCREASE (so in other words, TWO double crochets in each stitch around). I mean, of course you did it right on the video, but it was sped up so beginners might not know what you're doing and the wording is incorrect, though you said the right number of stitches for that round.
You are absolutely correct! Thank you for pointing that out. This is why I have the written instructions on the video, thank goodness!
Sadly, it's hard for me to see where you put in the stitches...that's frustrating and not very "easy" or "beginner friendly" :(
