Hey, greetings from Hungary! We have lots of vans here over 6m length, that won't be a problem in Europe. I had a Rimor Europeo motorhome, 6.8m long, 3.3m tall, 2.3m wide. Fortunately it was the chassis version, so departure angle was better, it never bottomed out. A helper spring or a set of airbags will sort that issue out for you. What I want to say is check how that size of a van will work here in Europe and not how it won't ;) Until you take highways, 1st "grade" and 2nd "grade" roads you will be fine 99.9% of the time. 4m tall, 2.5m wide and 18m long trucks running there as well .. This size of a van even goes down Stelvio pass ... with some care 😉 Don't take it to historical downtowns, where just a little more than 100 years ago 1 horse4rse wide carriages went, that's my recommendation. Or .. build out a narrow cab Fuso with 2.5 or 2.8m wheelbase. It can do Lisbon downtown no problem :-) The 3.5l gas engine is "unknown" here, all the 3.5t vans are with diesel engines, but the knowhow is worldwide between Ford services. Take it to the RoRo and let the magic happen!
