I’ve been asked this question a lot lately for durability and this is only if it’s built right I would take the jackhammr but for overall handling speed and performance I’ll take the K6XL any day and believe me I’m an Arrma boy 100%, but the jackhammr is just super durable once built correctly

Thank you so much Rich really do appreciate it my friend. My dirt basher jackhammr is a beast on 8S but always had problems with tires and when I do find a set that can handle it. They’re too heavy and I start breaking other bits on the car seems like the paddles do the best, just wish they weren’t so aggressive might need to try to cut down some of the paddles and try to make them not so aggressive. my street basher I put a lot of work into that car polishing it researching it talking to other people that do speed runs to get advice. Had a lot of help with this one. Very impressed I hit my goal on the first session, it’s super nice to have the wife out supporting me but she’s a bad influence lol I was gonna do a full breakdown on the run/build but I was just flat over it at that point, but I figured I could keep it in one piece a little bit longer. 1/8 of an inch or less it doesn’t need to be very thick and as long as your lipos are strapped down well I typically don’t have a problem. on a bad crash maybe but that doesn’t happen very often. I try not to run hard packs because those swell, more than the soft packs from what I have found if you’re swelling packs it’s usually cause you’re running them too low or they’re getting extremely hot

First off, take it all apart spray some brake cleaner on the gear where the threads are and the grub screw put some brake cleaner on a rag and wipe the shaft of the motor really good. Let that dry and use orange thread locker after you get it all put back together heat the grub screw up just a little bit with a torch right away not much about 5 to 10 seconds and then let it sit overnight. You should not have a problem.

The Pinion Gear Was Brand New So It Had Like Grease On It I Sprayed Some Bleach On It Gave It A Good Wipe Down In The Napkin Turned Black 😭👌Filled That Thing Up With Blue Locktite Put It All Back Together In Let It Sit For 24 Hours Now It Dont Fall Off Anymore 👌. This M2C JackHmmr Kit Is Sick I Got a 23T On Mines Im Waiting For My HyperFlow Fans Now It Ships Out Monday . Thank You Once Again 👌🤯
