My first reaction when I looked at the comments was to not watch the video and leave a dislike. But I didn’t, and I watched it until the end. I can (as I’m sure you can too) relate to a lot of the points said in this video. The narrowness of the maps, the annoying artillery, the feeling of underpowered bolt action rifles, the chauchat having tremendous recoil (I know I know, I need to get good…). I never read the lore and would like to read it. Where can I find it? Overall, I appreciated the game and I think it has a lot of potential: -The guns are wonderfully modelled (come on! The Berthier and Lebel are beautiful). -The uniforms are well designed. -The campaign aspect is really fun on a competitive side (we got into a server with 13 of my friends and had a darn good time).😊

Its been over a month and I don't expect you to view this comment but I can genuinely relate to the almost comical firearm balancing that Horizon Blue presents. Although not much of a player of Roblox games, I frequent a series of games that serve to fit a similar niche as Horizon Blue created by BlackMill Games or M2H Studios with their games Verdun, Tannenberg and Isonzo. The titles in which are known to be more arcade-like in their treatment of the Great War. Balancing wise, it seems so remarkably unreasonable to have such a variety in damage values across the board, however reserve to have the consistencies of rifle chamberings and the sort. For example, the M1886 Lebel does what I believe to see in the video is 88~ish damage to the torso. The M1915 Chauchat provides the exact same damage as the M1886 Lebel given both the Lebel and the Chauchat are chambered in the same cartridge (8x50mmR Lebel) however the unreasonableness brews from the absolute neck-breakingly massive stopping power that the revolver in the game provides compared to full length rifles and HMGs. In all of BlackMill Games' entries into the genre of the Great War; Bolt action rifles, single action revolvers and early age stationary and handheld MGs chambered in rifle cartridges were established as one shot kills to the torso and head with limbs being hit damaging a large chunk of the victim's health along with applying bleed granting a more reasonable, balanced but slower paced playing style. Coupled with the fact that bayonets on the ends of rifles, knives and swords were also known to one shot but required precision to land a strike with the punishment of missing leading to slowed movement and a slow cooldown to attack again meant that melee was a gamble depending on the target along with their armament. To see such confusing balancing makes practically no sense given that the officer is serves to be an absolute power house on the battle field compared to other roles. Riflemen were most obviously the most common "type" (with the largest grain of salt) of soldier on the battlefield making the role so much more important on the battlefield. To have such a role be so extraordinarily weak against Officers who don't even bother to have a knife in or sword in their off hand makes both firing at an officer and melee-ing the officer a futile task of retaliation against an unstoppable, poorly balanced and over powered class.

Probably one of the best shooters on Roblox. The gunplay is satisfying, the building and destroying is incredibly fun and the classes can play into each other's strengts really well. Imo it's a perfect mix of hardcore, casual, chaotic and strategic. Fucking love this game.

the only issue of this game is that it completely abandoned the karelia engineering system and literally just went back to mindless combat, which is so retarded Karelia is actually good, this one's mid at best, its not bad, its just severly mediocre

Personally I find the slow character movement to be an interesting thing, as it forces players to actually plan ahead and communicate with their team about what they're gonna do instead of rushing solo. It is a game that requires cooperation after all. But I'm most likely biased since I only play crewman lol

One issue this game has is that when raiding enemy airship you die most of the time before doing anything because of the long time it takes to get there and the fact that there is usally a lot of defenders killing you from all sides before you can do anything. This often happens even if they go through a hole in the sides.

Airshit Ass . . . The game I hate and like. As for progression and levelling . . . its shitty at the start then its better but not that good. Isle is the only fun gamemode, wish there were bombers on it tho. For weapons every single one is good in its own way and Redamuran weapons are straight upgrades to normal ones to offset the Vauhgran defenders advantage. Something Something, Why the fuck is a Gray using a Grenlaw?
