Great video. I’ve been here a bunch of times and just booked to go in a few weeks. I absolutely love this place! Clean, staff is great, tons of free activities inside and tons of paid activities to do outside the compound and the food is AMAZING!!!! Definitely recommend to go, large family friendly for kids and great for adults. The only thing is if you’re looking for an elegant super high end, it’s not really for that IMO. It’s beautiful but not like the Ritz.

Thanks for the tour. Are you sure this was in the Palms phase? I ask because I understood that Palms had two double beds in the guest bedroom but this tour shows twin beds.

We loved it there Did a two bedroom cottage premium But the cottage wasn’t clean ! Was shocked and since they are privately owned it’s hard to get somone out to help you. And I mean it was dirty

Husband likes to golf. So I'd be alone with young daughter a couple of days, I want to feel safe and secure, I want a quiet room! Do you have to drive to the other pools? Giant resorts seem overwhelming

Very mod looking Stateroom. Looks like they are starting to incorporate some of the “hacks” vloggers mention, like wall hooks instead of bringing magnet hooks. Have never sailed Carnival, primarily HAL and Princess are my “go to’s.”

I can’t wait to stay here.

We have an October 20-Oct 31 cruise planned on Norweigian Sun its my first cruise to Alaska. I'm taking my 13 year old son with me. Ive currently got an inside cabin but i had been thinking about upgrading to a balcony cabin. Can you make any suggestions on excursions that are must see? Or can you tell me anything we need to make sure to know that i might know about? Will there be enough for my son to do if he does the teen activities aboard? What do you suggest i try? Thanks in advance everyone! Oh one last question: any chance we might see the northern lights???

We’ve sailed on her before in the Neptune Suites and truly enjoyed it. If one can do it, it’s a great experience of a huge room and great service. Hope to sail again on the Eurodam. Thanks for sharing

It’s unfortunate you have no privacy on your balcony, the ships are lovely to sail on with HAL. I’ve not been on Eurodam, not sure I’d like the non private balcony. Love The pinnacle class HAL ships: Koningsdam, Statendam and Rotterdam. Cheers!

The Deluxe Balcony looks about the size of a regular balcony cabin on most other cruise lines.
