The best smoked Pulled Pork!
I'm going to show you how to smoke some pulled pork on your kettle grill. This is too easy and will be a family favorite.

SNS Grills Kettle:

Prep:
-Season pork butt with BBQ rub.
-Set up kettle for slow cooking. Using the Slow and Sear for best results.
-Smoke pork until it hits 170F internal.
-Remove from kettle and place in foil pan.
-Add apple juice and bbq sauce to the pan and cover with tin foil.
-Place into a oven at 350F, and continue to cook until the pork hits 205-210 internal.
-If your oven has a warming feature, turn it on and leave the pork in the oven overnight. (if no warming feature, wrap the pork in a towel, place in a cooler and let rest overnight).
-Shred the pork in the braising juices.
-Add more bbq rub and sauce if desired.
-Serve and enjoy!

Nice mods. How good is the cooker's ability to smoke protiens? I ask becase I am considering one of these as their seems to be a good value when comparing to other more expensive/less expensive pits.
Competition Pro would I be able to cook fajita and chicken on the opposite side of the fire box without adding a new fire under them or would I need to add a fire underneath them ?

Great video! The CharGriller Grand Champ is the perfect smoker in that $500-$700 range. I like that the smoke stack exits in the middle area rather the top area like Oklahoma Joe's line (otherwise my 2nd favorite ) of smokers. It spreads the interior heat and smoke more efficiently. Even the expensive / custom built smokers are made with grate level smoke stack exits.
what did you season your lobster tails in? How much charcoal did you use in the basket???
Just used an all purpose seasoning and a full basket of charcoal.

Your videos are awesome! You give a lot of great details to explain how to do it. My only critique is that you don't always tell how much time has elapsed, what your total cooking time ended up being, or how long to let the meat rest after cooking. For people just starting out it would give them a better idea of what to expect.

3 hours is nothing. When you smoke a brisket, it typically has to rest somewhere between 8-10 hours and
