I am learning a lot more about birds. But I have some questions but I’ll probably Google it as well… I’m wondering if the baby fell out of nest because it was mom’s first time and her nest skills were up to snuff? It wasn’t strong or sturdy enough? Not high enough? When baby birds fall out of the nest, why don’t the parents go and pick them up? Are they not able to carry their babies with their beak? I suppose not. I’ve never seen a bird, carrying another bird. 🤷‍♀️
