Sources indicate that this fort was the residence of the caretakers and crew of another Getchin caravanserai. For this reason, no care is taken by the relevant bodies, and negligence in maintaining it has caused excessive damage. Among the features of this building: - Proximity to Dirgchin caravanserai and Qom Garmsar highway - Eco-tourist accommodation focusing on tourism and overnight stay - An observational residence focusing on the study of astronomy and astrology - The ability to create a native nomadic village in the region, focusing on introducing tourists to the pure and pristine life of the nomads
