Hello Everyone !
In this video, we explore the aggressive behavior often exhibited by tangs, one of the most popular fish species in saltwater aquariums. Known for their vibrant colors and unique personalities, tangs can also be quite territorial, especially in confined spaces. We'll discuss the reasons behind this aggression, how to recognize it, and effective strategies to manage and reduce conflicts in your tank. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced aquarist, this guide will help you maintain a peaceful and healthy environment for all your fish.
Happy reefing ☺️ and please do not hesitate to subscribe my TH-cam channel. You're support means a lot to me. 🫰😁 #aquarium #macroalgae #saltwateraquarium #aquariumfish #fishtank #marineaquarium

Nano Macroalgae Aquarium | Ep. 10 Cyanobacteria: The Love-Hate Relationship
มุมมอง 2142 หลายเดือนก่อน
Once upon a time, in the ancient oceans of a young Earth, there lived a tiny but extraordinary group of organisms called cyanobacteria. Despite their microscopic size, these single-celled beings had a remarkable talent: they could harness the power of the sun to create energy through a process called photosynthesis. Millions of years ago, the Earth's atmosphere was a hostile place, with little ...

Nano Macroalgae Aquarium | Ep. 8 Dinoflagellates
มุมมอง 2793 หลายเดือนก่อน
Dinoflagellates in reef aquariums can pose a serious threat to coral and other tank inhabitants. They are a type of algae that can quickly multiply under favorable conditions, leading to a "dinoflagellate bloom." This can smother corals, reduce oxygen levels, and release toxins harmful to marine life. Effective management involves improving water quality, reducing nutrient levels, increasing wa...

Adding two different species of blenny in a single aquarium is like playing with a fire. There are several reasons why people might hesitate to mix two different species of blennies in the same aquarium: 1. Aggression and Territory : Blennies can be territorial, especially towards others of the same or similar species. Introducing two different species may result in territorial disputes, which ...

As I was reading more articles about reef keeping, the more I knew that I needed to have these guys in my macroalgae setup "Pods" in generic terms for micro crustacean, found almost everywhere either fresh and saltwater They play an important role throughout the ecosystem. Not only do they provide cleaning services, but also they'll become a main important diet for all baby fish and corals too!...

After the death taking its toll on my Tail Spol Blenny, I have decided to purchase a few fish food on my way back home. I bet he is one of the hell bad boy who doesn't accept any kind of fish food unless its favourite algae So ri...

    Try rinsing the carbon as the small particles will escape the bag & can cause hlle in tangs & maybe other fish. Good luck.

    How many gallons is that aquarium? Will that tang eventually out grow that size tank?

    • @ArifsAJ
      @ArifsAJ 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This aquarium is about 21 gallons. The tang eventually will grow from time to time but I doubt my Spotted Yellow Eye Tang will grow as big as other bristle tooth tang. Ctenochaetus Truncatus is one of the smallest bristle tooth in the aquarium we can get. They are often mistaken with Ctenochaetus Strigosus aka Kole Tang because they look pretty similar. But I am planning to move this guy into a bigger aquarium in the future. ☺️

    Bang. Saya pun ada buat lowtech. cabomba dengan rotala. nak guna fert apa ya? macam mana dosing? terima kasih

    • @ArifsAJ
      @ArifsAJ 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Soalan ini sangat subjektif. lazimnya pokok memerlukan 6 komponen nutrisi untuk membuat makanan (photosynthesis) 1. Cahaya 2. Baja Macro - Nitrate (no3) - Phosphate (po4) - Potassium (K) - Carbon dioxide (Co2) - Calcium (Ca) - Magnesium (Mg) Micro - Trace element (Ada banyak tetapi setahu saya pokok air tawar memerlukan 11 jenis komponen trace element utama, iron (Fe) salah satu daripada. Kebiasaannya boleh jumpa di kedai baja cecair yang telah di bahagikan kepada dua komponen iaitu macro (no3, po4,k) dan micro (trace element) Cara dosing pula boleh di dapati pada label botol cecair baja tersebut. Tetapi ada banyak kaedah yang boleh di gunakan untuk menyukat keperluan baja di dalam air Aquarium agar sentiasa kekal pada tahap yang optima. Salah satunya ialah kaedah Lean dosing dan juga EI (Estimasive Index)
