That is not true. We don't allow foreigners to buy and own lands in our country. I know they are just leasing lands, they don't own it.

Omg. Can’t these people just have a decent narrator with broadcasting experience and natural / authentic inflections and mannerisms that aren’t uncomfortable to hear , like as if someone is struggling to read a script and sounds like a 10 year old child attempting to read out loud ...? Can’t they just show the beautiful content underwater , letting that be the focal point , while giving the narrative and not have to stop and show any typical things among peoples commentaries and behind scenes crap that doesn’t need to be on camera ? Honestly if this dude would just read the script and show the footage and not try to add the annoying music creeping in the background with such a stressful agitating vibe to it and didn’t take any breaks to have to have camera time or have a green horizontal line across half the screen, that would help ... I wouldn’t have such a problem just listening to this narrative, if the giant green line wasn’t across the screen and the music wasn’t having to be plastered in this video , with some of these images not having a real time quality to them , as some images or video segments in the slideshow drag out a bit longer than necessary and the images aren’t very clear .. the dudes voice isn’t nearly as annoying as so many amateur people that make vids , as he personally doesn’t bother me at all... but for the sake of the documentary, it could be more authentic and natural in the way things are enunciated and with the flow of sentence structure. This def. has well thought out informative content , which is evident of this dude really putting in the effort and work to provide an informative insightful narrative. He did a good job including that info. And images. My only suggestion is for the dude to approach this script reading as if he were speaking naturally in real life to other people.. Just speak the content as you’d normally speak ! When people try to read a script or pages from a book out loud , they should always take care to just calm down and don’t worry about trying to sound all professional with these almost childlike inflections that come across instead of it sounding professional... this sounds like that of a kid in school , delivering a book report in the way it is read.... I DO appreciate all the wonderful information and effort put into this recording , though .. just relax and have confidence in the narrative when reading the script .. explain it as if you were explaining to someone in person , but do so formally , enough ... obviously it wouldn’t go over well if people implemented too much relaxation in their delivery , as so many these days are already lacking in the way they communicate ... they often have horrible habits in speaking , embodying irritating habits etc. at least this dude is trying ... just needs a few things done in order to clean it up some ... the music is not a good selection and is not necessary... it’s much better to hear the natural sounds under the water ! ( without all the breathing sounds from diving equipment ) . Why is the green light ( or line of green taking up half the screen in the center line ) present ? Anyway , keep up the good work and definitely keep making more of these !!! There are a lot of interest if facts and insightful things going on and being mentioned in this ... the way it’s recorded ( the voice over parts ) can definitely be done in a cleaner , more evenly audible way , though .., it sounds like the sound was not layered into the existing sounds but just added on top of everything and with different resonance , gain , volume , depth and whatnot. There is some reverb or echo from the room being recorded in , it seems and would need to get a good condenser mic and record in a room that absorbs and dampens our sound waves from traveling and bouncing around (much like a recording studio booth would be beneficial to keep the sound from having too much going on with echo or reverb or whatever ... anyway just read naturally and more authentically and don’t try so hard to come off as professional sounding or idk what you’d call that haha but yeah, just be more natural ! Good job with all the efforts put into this , though !! Keep it up.

Welcome/Mabuhay in the Philippines. Thank you so much for showing us the beauty of our Islands. We Filipinos have taken for granted God's given Paradise. We all dreamed of going to other countries because many of us think it's more greener on the other side of the Pasture. You all have shown us that we are living in a Paradise and we all have to do our part to preserved and protect our Islands. My Home in Panay is full of tropical flowers and fresh water and springs in the mountain like in Sibuyan but I left 30 years ago. My family thought it's better in USA than in our islands. My parents all gone, my home standing alone in the mountains. Someday I hope to go back and revived the simple life that I grew up with.. Welcome and God Bless to All of you who have chosen our Islands to be your Home.

Panay is lovely... I stayed in roxas, city for a month in 2017...last year i stayed in sibuyan for a month and i find each island has its own charm...im American and for years i thought that when i retire im going to visit the Philippines and then i thought.. Tomorrow is not promised so i decided to go before retirement... Luzon is lovely as well as panay. romblon. Tablas and sibuyan.. This is my 3rd time going and god willing i can continue going every year and when i retire or even before if possible i will be living in sibuyan.. So yes the Philippines andits people are beautiful indeed!

Good luck and enjoy every island you visit because many of us Locals never even been to island next door. We are busy doing our own thing. Vacation time for many of us is going back home to your hometown and help out in the house, farm and any errands that your family needs. I do missed those days. I've been in States too long that sometimes I want to retire now....my Italian neighbor and his Filipina wife just built a house and moved back to Philippines. while watching this on the first part, i was amazed on the natural beauty of the island., on the 2nd half i felt disgusted with foreign whites lording over the people. that old white lady when she said "here in sibuyan i have employees, and i am the BOSS!" it only means they've lived unhappy lives from their own country, yet in far away islands they can be the BOSS they want to be... and she acts like a bossy boss. Seriously the government of the Philippines should be more strict with these whites who are slowly creeping in, in the beautiful suburbs and islands.

What a stupid comment! Good that they do not need to "poo" on this beautiful place ;-)

A forienger cant buy land in the philippines . the goverment does protect the citezens , if a forienger wants to do business they have to have a pinoy partner who owns 60 % So ? She is the boss ? She can lease property for a agreed amount of time . Then has to vacate the property . Unlike USA where Philippinos CAN buy what ever they want . So NOT unfair .
