The lasers on the MNK seems to be their interpretation of Elixir Field, which is a nod to the Kamehameha and performed the same way in 14 itself. I dont know what they were thinking by using lasers instead.

You could've had people limit their gear, doom arc is his last 'new' mechanic of the shadow lord fight, it just repeats from there but doom arc does give him a damage up on top of a rather potent bleed on the raid. Day one I had a group take until a 3rd doom arc cast to win. The Ark Angels is a glorious fight, sure you start with each alliance getting a target only they can fight, but once you get past the paladin/ninja combo and all 5 are on the field again its just pile them up and AoE until victory (not often a boss fight lets the players use their AoE rotation for more than a short add phase as the optimal way to go fast) Fafnir heard you call the content easy and punished you HARD

make healing harder by making new rules for exclusively savage raid content. raising the bar across the board is gonna create a healer shortage or a tank shortage for all other dawntrail content challenging end game healing already exists and its the roulette and specific queing for casual content

The pull with the elephant et. al. after the first boss - every time I get this in roulette they do the entire thing. Grab the first, run past the Ferris wheel and stop at the second. 🤷

If you're digging the flute, you should check out Bloodywood. The lead guitarist does a lot of fluting for the group. I'd recommend their song Aaj if you haven't heard of them Garret.

Yo how can i get in on some of this content

A very small thing that I’ve never noticed before now: you dismount the water slides more gracefully now than you did in earlier expansions. Usually, when your character falls off a water slide they flip around ass over teakettle and land hard on the ground. But at this point you’ve done it so many times that you slide off and fall in an upright and controlled manner, landing on your feet. It’s such a slight, minor detail, but I love it!

I recognized the Ronka parallel when facing the mini-boss where you have to hide behind a wall based on what statues were glowing and I just _knew_ the final boss would be a Great Serpent. I hate that second boss, though. I have a really hard time with the line part of the attack, though it has gotten better when I noticed the lines on the floor.

I think this is my favorite of the current crop of Expert dungeons. The boss mechanics are hard, but not BS hard like the first boss of Strayborough. It's possible to burn through in 12 minutes with tight DPS or drag out to 20 minutes with newbies if you need to. And it's a visual feast top to bottom.
