Colorado 0 times.] Despite this success they weren't invited to a power conference while other schools from their conferences have (TCU, Utah, BYU). These are facts.

Part of the issue with the current Arrowhead stadium is that there is nothing around the stadium. Nobody sees the stadium or is around it unless they are going to a game

I’m from the local area , straight up this is a massive waste of money. The owner is a failure with the team and just wants to extract more money from the people. Sports has become totally out of control with salaries and billionaires. I will fight being forced to pay for this . They don’t deserve it.

I would say that overall in order to be competitive at the highest level of football that these upgrades are going to be needed and should be done provided the funding can be sourced. We have already seen plenty of examples of the programs who invest and those who don't. Those who don't will increasingly get left behind with the likes of recruitment/NIL and take a hit for attendance, revenue, etc. while those who do invest will still have the opportunity to continue to grow and develop their programs. This is a big part of why schools are moving conferences (including Boise State).

I am going to agree with @coltonhawk that this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I can’t believe that I listened to this idiotic foreign fool about Michigan downsizing The Bighouse. There’s as much pride in having the largest stadium in America as there is for the team, the team, the team itself. The next renovation will be to install an upper deck holding 10,000 - 12,000 fans in each endzone putting total capacity in the 125 -130 thousand range. And yes, I think that I just agreed with a Buckeye fan about a football 🏈 topic. Miracles do happen.

Anyone that has ever been to The BIG House would never want a smaller stadium. If anything, the BIG House could be expanded and still sell out every game. This video makes me feel like this was Clickbait just to have any college football fan to see this ridiculous idea.

nice stadium and gives the fans what they asked for. it doesn't look like anything that will change football though. teams in cold weather climates should play outdoors it's a great home field advantage. the vikings became vanilla after moving indoors.
