      That may be true, however Biden ended the intervention in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Niger and the wars he continues to have go on are wars to combat Al-Queda backed groups (Syria) or to combat the Houthis attacking neutral fishing vessels (Yemen). War may be terrible, and it is, however Trump and Biden both have continued bombings with drones and defending countries from terrorism. God Bless America, Vote Kanye 2024.

This violence especially affects young people. If left wing parties would be able to guarantee safety, Im sure that the far right would lose a shitton of young ppl

      Coming from my own perspective (left wing), I think my view is that issues such as that - which truthfully I think are often misrepresented - is that people don’t commit crimes for no reason. My view is that it is always more important to solve issues of why crimes happen than blanket someone’s identity with the notion of being a criminal. I think many right wingers here in America are scared of immigrants for fairly irrational reasons, and point out any example that aligns with their ideas of what an immigrant is. If we (in the US) said “white crime” or “white terrorist” every time there was a school shooting or what have you, you would not even hear about immigrant crime by comparison.

    I am Romanian just like you, I'm gonna comment on AUR. AUR is "far right" just like water is dry. Did you read their manifesto? That shit is straight out of Ceausescu's ass, economically speaking. How is nationalization a right wing talking point? AUR is right wing socially, just like PSD and almost all parties in this country. I wouldn't even call USR socially left wing, look at who's their leader at this moment. REPER is the only left wing party in Romania and, in my opinion, AD the only right wing one. The term "far right" is thrown around so stupidly it doesn't mean anything anymore. Not liking the LGBTQ community doesn't make one right wing, again, look at Ceausescu and any 20th century communist party. How would we call someone that wants to cut all the taxes and privatize the educational system completely, if we are calling AUR and other such parties "far right"?

    The left keeps moving farther and farther left. A centrist in the 2000s is now considered "far right". Another thing is that meme culture is most popular among teenagers and young adults. The internet will always lay a platform for counter-culture and mainstream media, and right now most of mainstrain media is very leftist/liberal in the modern sense, breeding even more right-leaning youth

  • @Arlondev
    @Arlondev 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    It's not a hope issue, it's a propaganda issue. Right wing talking points are very misinformed and so are very easily communicated through memes and clever quips. People like Ben Shapiro have entire careers based off of it. It's the bullshit asymmetry principle, it takes much more effort and time to debunk bullshit than to spew it Ben can say "Durr can I identify as a pumpkin?" and appear intellectually superior to a trans activist who is about to explain complex biology and neurochemistry to a guy who doesn't even believe in evolution. It's a common meme that the left can't meme. Because leftist arguments necessitate evidence, illustration, and very precise language. Whereas nazis can go on an AI image site, make some shit up, post it to twitter, and get a million likes. Younger generations universally have little hope in their financial future, but the people who can control the memes decide where that anger is directed. Not to mention that while Gen Z and Gen X are really good with using technology, they aren't very adept at critical thinking with technology. Say what you will about your boomer aunt or uncle who says "Don't believe everything you read on the internet", but it's far better than being a Gen Zer who LITERALLY believes everything they read on the internet. Then there's the issue of algorithms. Far right content gets recommended on youtube far more than far left content. The algorithm incentivizes watchtime, it cares if people watch videos to full, and that's way easier for a 10 minute "Ben Shapiro rekt compilation" with snappy editing, sound effects, and short clips edited to make Ben look intelligent than it is for a 2 hour long leftist video finding the sources for everything he said, critiquing his bibliography, and debunking his arguments. Watching a 30 second video to full gives a bigger algorithm boost than watching 59 minutes of an hour long video.

  • @dragoe7441
    @dragoe7441 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    My third and final comment Britain enacting a blockade on germany would be an act of war, and without the invasion of Belgium the war would not at all be popular with the public, the British instead would heavily finance/supply the Russians and French but this ultimately wouldn't do much to change the outcome of the war. The British in 1915 or 1916 after serious gains on the eastern front would threaten the central powers with war if they don't agree to the peace terms (likely a free polish state, a Lithuanian state, a small byelorussian state and a small western ukranian state) and pulling all troops out of Russian territory Austria would accept this deal but germany likely wouldn't, either way germany would still be thr favorites to win the war The central powers can now transfer those troops from the east to the west much earlier than in our time line, this would also make exploiting eastern territories such as Ukraine for food much easier The germans with the heavily increased manpower on the western front has multiple options, 1. Just continue manning the French border and make a white peace with the entente as no side would be able to make considerable gains 2. A late schleifen plan but with far more troops (they would be able to conquer all of Belgium and far more of Northern France than in our time line, this would also force the French troops along the border of esleß lothringen to either retreat or potentially be encircled, they would likely pick the first option) I still doubt the germans would be able to occupy Paris but with then controlling all of Belgium and far more of northern France especially the industrial regions and multiple port cities, this could force the French to make peace

  • @dragoe7441
    @dragoe7441 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Adding onto my previous comment, a germany that abandons the schliefen plan would certainly set their focus on dealing with Russia, the added german manpower and material on the eastern front would help prevent the huge setbacks the Austrians would have faced and the central powers would have had manpower parity or even superiority against the Russians considering how they performed against the Russians in our time line with far less troops and a much weaker austria, the war on the east would be over by 1916 or early 1917 with the central powers occupying Belarus, the Baltic states, poland,, much of Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia The central powers would have the initiative for essentially the entire war, facing no serious setbacks, this could prevent the Italians or Romanians to remain neutral or potentially even join the central powers when it became clear that they were going to win the war

  • @dragoe7441
    @dragoe7441 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Both sides would not be able to make large gains on the western front, elseß lothringen and the French border region of lorraine were heavily fortified. Also 150,000 men on the western front is just ridiculous,the central powers managed to have 250,000 - 2.5 million men on multiple different fronts during the great war, the germans would easily be able to man their French border with likely 700,000 - 1.5 million men and that combined with the fortifications would halt any French advance into germany
