I relate to this so much... and the biggest problem for me is that I'm too disabled to work a regular job. And I'd have to make something like $5000 USD a month to have essentially the same things i have that i get from government programs and support my family of 3 (Healthcare, childcare, food, housing... The list goes on. And I need GOOD healthcare because im disabled!! The amount we save on childcare because we qualify for a free program is insane!!) But of course with the election results... All of those benefits are in jeopardy. So i might end up starving to death in the streets 🫠

Even before you mentioned coziness I could feel it emanating from the video, be it the art style or the choice of music along with it. This is super well made and I can definitely say that you're capturing the vibe you want

i'm not colorblind, but i constantly have issues with making my values and colors convey what i want, so this will hopefully help!! also, the fanart you showed is amazing, I think art doesn't always need to be super contrasting, and the similar values make it look much wider because the focus isn't heavily on the cloud :]

I just saw the best genuine video! I used to draw a lot since I was kid but somehow stopped as I got to college, but watching your video and the inspirations you told us and other things I didn’t think of too much before really made me happy and I’m so glad I got to watch your video! And thank you for all the great work you did to prepare for this video! (I don’t think I ever saw a colouring tutorial for colourblind person before, which made me enjoy it even more as I don’t know much about it myself as well)

This might actually be one of the best colour theory vids ive seen Starting off with the vibe and idea is absolutely the correct step 1 to have I didn't know at first but I accidentally did your advice (of finding other artworks with the same vibe) without realising for one of my artworks so yes can EXTRA verify that its a really important tip to know

I’m not colorblind but I was drawn to this video because it’s for the colorblind it’s very admirable that you’d make something like this for the colorblind community (personally I think a indef explanation of where all the colors on the color wheel are or with other methods would help since it could be confusing to a colorblind person)

Can i ask a question? I always thought that having 7-9 OCs is insane, until i realize that i have 21 OCS!!! (34 IF I COUNT THE WIERD ENTITY I MAKE) AND I WAS ABOUT TO MAKE 1 MORE BECAUSE OF MY RANDOM IDEAS For me, all my OCs are so valueble and i want all of them get attention they deserve, without worrying about to be forgeted. Should i just stop making a new OC?

I also see this within humans, and all other animals too. (I own chickens and see it in them) when something is standing out, like a white speck against a black background, we immediately notice and want to investigate it, using any senses we are able to for that thing.

Fun fact: the brain will always search for and focus on any hint if color. If it doesn't see color, it gets upset and looses interest. That's why your eyes are immediately drawn to the brightly colored blobs in a room full of grey tones.

This was such a well crafted video, you definitely capture the cozy feel well bc it was very cozy and your voice goes really well with that too. I love how you explained color and tried to take into consideration color blindness and even labeled every color you used! I myself am not colorblind but I still walked out of this feeling like I learned something new. I can see how much effort was poured into this video and this is the type of quality I love to see on this platform 💛
