Switch Panel Mounting Made Easy with This ONE Product
The Maven Performance billet 'switch panel mount' system allows you to mount your switch panel to roll cage tubing. A single bolt on the bottom of the clamp fastens the side plate to the tube with the use of a unique latching system on the top. An opening next to the tube allows you bring the wiring harness from the switch panel directly to the tube and pass the wires through side plate next to the tube for a clean install and look. Provisions for mounting Fueltech, Haltech, Motec, and SmartWire, keypads!

Multiple wires in one pin is perfectly acceptable as long as the appropriate size terminal is selected. Even NASA approves this. See section 19.9 in this document. standards.nasa.gov/sites/default/files/standards/NASA/A/4/nasa-std-87394a_w_change_4_0.pdf#page78

The crimp is stronger if the wires aren’t twisted before crimping. Yes, you have to be more careful inserting them, but straight wires form a more gas tight crimp which is what you want.

Thanks for the great videos. Moving my bulkhead connector to a radlock setup. Also wanted the radlock setup for my battery. Problem is my battery has M6 threads, allowing me to only fit the 5.7mm post, which only goes up to 120A, 25mm2 cable. I don't see this having enough capacity to run a car with? How do you find the ratings to be on these? I do have the option of getting an engineering shop to machine me up a 8mm post with M6 thread. But that would be kind of costly. Not sure its worth that.
