I cant find any parts available and im in uk , my motor had problems at 4.2k miles and ive put new motor on as i bought 2 motors , cant fix this motor wirhout spare part , pedal keep turning after stop pedalling, turn pedals backwards and chsin turns , very stiff when turning pedals backwards, was hoping to get more than 4k miles out of this motor
Motor shell TSDZ2 is broken. Can I use the TSDZ2B shell instead? Will it be compatible with the original gear (TSDZ2) set and cover?
I found that the special tool was not needed. I just pulled off the gear with fingers, No prying or levers were needed. You do need a tool to remove the circlips. I am waiting for a new gear from China, but while waiting I tried spraying the old gear with penetrating oil, Sprayed the smaller inside bearing. After that, the bearing started to grip again and the bike is working. Have 25 miles with no slipping of pedals. Maybe it was just dirty.
Mdr sensor trois fois plus difficile a fonctionnement normal et pour compenser cela des multiples frottement de carter, de joints, de roulement plus serré. Le résultat une utilisation qui chauffe et qui consomme de la batterie et une usure anormale. J'ai trois de c'est moteurs et il est conçu pour éviter de l'améliorer mais dépensé.
Combien de pièces sont prévu pour frottement partout pour le sensor de merde et consommation excessive de l'ensemble. ? J'ai deux moteur tsdz2 et un tsdz2B tous pareils avec leur carter qui frotte résistance énorme pour le sensor et la consommation excessive. Ce nouveau a combien de problème volontairement étudié dans le même protocole ?
I like the system so far. The shown spacer (time 1:01) would be great to have with the motor. Was not in my set - I ordered some standard DIN 988 Passscheibe 35x45x2,5 - works well!

How do you torque properly with that silly looking wrench?
Either by way of spending decades tightening different fittings that you can now torque it by feel. Or you can also start by throwing that silly looking wrench in the trash & getting a torque wrench 🤣😉👍🏻

where do you get the tool used in the video?
You can ask the dealer where you bought the motor and show the pictures of the tools. Normally, they have already or they can buy from us with the motor(reasonable freight since it's a little bit heavy) .
Can this be used on tricycle?
The 4 screw on the pltor are ridiculously tight
You can try hard or considering the electrical tools.
what is acceptable endplay and how do you shim for excessive end play. I have .035 and all kinds of clicking noise coming from chainring side of motor.
What is acceptable end play tolerance and if excessive how do you resolve it?

The video shows how to do it with the right procedure. The parts is able to buy online(depends on your location) then you can replace it by yourself after you got it.

Can you tell me if I will be able to use any other displays with it rather than the vlcd5 that comes with it. Would I be able to use my UKC1 display with a adapter cable or I also have a KT-LCD7C & a M6C I'm hoping I will be able to use one of them lol Also will you be releasing any custom software for the TSDZ8 or a upgradable controller etc. Thanks & I look forward to getting my kit. 🙂👍🏻
Mines makin weird noises and jammin up im still under warranty an only done 2k miles they suppose to be good for 5k miles .how do i get a replacement?

Tongsheng TSDZ8 should have torque sensor instead of speed sensor, so why do you sow up speed sensor in installation kit?
Speed sensor gives signal to controller and you can see your speed on the display. Torque sensor is sensing pedaling torque and can assist you.

Interesting conversion. I consider doing something similar with an Azub Six or HP GTe. Is your conversion procedure explained anywhere? Why did you not choose Bafang instead?

TSDZ8 больше подходит для двухподвесных велосипедов, что бы не мешать работе заднему маятнику подвески велосипеда

I have a bike with v-brakes. Does this motor have a sensor when I brake? Or how does it works when I brake, because of course I would not like that motors pushes on when I start braking?
