Great worked for me on a lite3. Didn't think it would work as battery is in a black case so can't see any flashing lights, just put it on charge for 10 mins and then plugged battery in and started to charge properly😊

Mine still manages to come loose after 10 mins of riding

I have the ES3 i don't see the white connector coming from the controller only the one in there is connected to the computer board.

This is amazing - worked a treat on my scooter that had a fully discharged battery - was back charging within 2 mins. Thanks so much.

After the two lights have been flashing for a while and I connect the battery cable again and plug it in the led on the batter flashing 3 times short and one time long and then stops blinking. It is not charging.and still dead. Any ideas ?

Hello. I have tried your technique. But no light on the battery. The light on the charger changed from red to green. But no light on the battery. Wondering if I need e new batterya🤔🤔

In my case, the battery light is on as soon as I plug in the charging cable. I followed your instruction and connected the black wires together, then the light turned blue/ purple. the light on the charger turned red. But as soon as I disconnect the connection, the light on the charger turned back to green.I think the battery really over discharged. I think the battery hasn't been charged for at least 2 years😭 Thanks for Xiaomi for making it so hard to change the tires, so I put it aside for long.... Update: Just checked on the scooter again. I kept the black wires connected together and kept charging. The light on the battery turned to blinking red light. I tried to turn on the scooter and it was on!!! I assume the circuit has issue(s) or it really got discharged for long. Gonna keep it like this for a few more hours.

hello, thanks for your video. I have no leds on my battery but I followed your step and power supply red light stayed red for about 2h with metal cable bridge, then turned green again. i reconnected everything and now led stays green, but scooter is not turning on. any idea?

I let the battery charge for about 40min, when I connected back the black connector I had a « short circuit » sound and smell, was the board already burned you think?

For a video that mostly is about struggling to strip wire this will make the charger work Have seen similar videos only charge like this for 30mins and stop if anything is getting hot. Don’t leave unsupervised

What if it didn't work out, my scooter doesn't charge, charging controller didn't go red, it stays green. I can turn it on, but there's 0 charge.

I have a pure air go and all if a sudden it won't charge the charger turns red when it's connected but the screen doesn't say charging. Abd still on 2 bars any help would be appreciated

I've fmdamged this cable bit the scooter won't even turn on now is that normal ir is there another cable at fault?

I tried keeping on charging arround 10 15 minutes and charger was not red. I disabled and now red light is flashing fast 8 times and keep 1 second red solid and again same blinking. What's the issue as you guess. It this trick will work on this?😢

@escooterbitz I had this exact problem, and i solved it after two days, you have to disconnect the flat cable that connects to the bms board from the battery pack, when you connect it, you have to connect the charger right after the connection, i did that and it started to charge and blink in red, commentif it helpful or not.

with the jumper inserted when I connect the charger the green light goes off...I tried leaving it like that for more than an hour but nothing changed..maybe the battery is completely dead?

Hi there! I did your trick and it seemed to work. I have no lights on my battery pack. But, the charger light turned red and after awhile (approx 1 hour) the battery was reading 35 volts, the scooter turned on and showed 3/4 full. Which is definitely an improvement, because before your hack, it wouldn't come on at all! However, when I attempted to plug in the charger "normally", the light stayed green as if it was fully charged (like previously). The charger is testing good. what else could it be? I do not have a reset button on the BMS (that I could see). I have never actually gotten to ride this scooter (it is brand new) because I left the button on and it fully discharged the battery..
