Hi, you shifted in Canada?

This is a prime example of paying for experience and not time. What if another plumber that was not nearly as good took 2-3 hours to complete the job? He knew what he was doing, got the job done efficiently. Not to mention it is unclear in this video if there were any parts that he had to replace. Also, that $400 isnt going straight to him, think of all of the overhead costs (marketing - which companies set aside 5% to 20%, insurance, gas, etc). Was this a last minute booking? Because some will charge more to be squeezed in last minute because it adds more of a time crunch. Moral of the story, discuss pricing BEFORE the job starts to not be surprised after (though some may change it, atleast you have something to fall back on if there are any disputes)
