It's now July 2023 & I have been looking at TH-cam videos of castles in UK & Europe for about 6 years now & just discovered this one - there are so many castles from ancient times thru the middle ages, they are a delight ! Thank you for your video !

Wonderful footage - I think we saw Pelophylax perezi last week in Southern Spain (Albir). There were several frogs of different sizes in a small shaded pool with the neon green dorsal stripe, and they were very vocal and active ... Not positive of course, as I have learned thre are other frogs with the green stripe (Pool Frog for one) - and also this was during the day, so not completely nocturnal.... I will keep looking. Fascinating amphibians! Subscribed

Thank you for this video. It brought back memories! I used to live in Gavarnie when I was a little girl, for 5 years. We had a very pretty little chalet, there that got snowed in to the rafters on a regular basis. I remember the hikes. Notre Dame des neiges, la breche de Roland, le Gave de Pau et le Cirque bien sur; there were horses, mules and donkeys at the time to ride there. It was an enchanted time.
