Looks really good! Sawing your own lumber saves. The eyes and cable to tie the two sides together will make it strong. I remember seeing lighthouses (and their outbuildings) strapped down to rock with cables run right up over the roof to keep them from blowing away. I hope you won't get winds so strong here. Great outing and building memories with your Granddaughter my buddy you got a great spot there for a boil up in the woods. Yeah those Coyote snares bad for any dogs in the area , I moved my camp site this year because too many snares at my old site couldn't take Tucker off leash. My first time visiting thise beaches was summer before last for anyone who loves a good beach they are awesome , too bad our water are probably too cold here for swimming or we have some tourist destination.
