Gregg Turkington presents the famous Jitterbug Scene from ‘Deck of Cards’
มุมมอง 36K2 ปีที่แล้ว
The Music you’re hearing is called swing, it is the soundtrack to a dance called the Jitterbug. Jitterbugging developed from dances preformed my African Americans in Juke joints and dance halls. I think the whole world will be watching the first ever unveiling of the famous jitterbug scene. It was originally filmed for Victor Fleming’s 1939 ‘Wizard of Oz,’ but was later cut from the movie. The ...

Short stop motion film once featured at the natural history museum in Washington DC.
Elk meat and crab salts: can’t beat the combo
3:45 "what's going on?"
Still can’t believe Greg pulled this off
Neil breen Furiously jackinit to this movie
that's olive pizza right?? looks delisous
I really want to see this through the eyes of someone who is unaware of this universe.
The Joker™ strikes again?
Im glad tim destroyed the extended footage of this, this already brings the film to a stop and an extended version would just be worst
OzHeads rejoice!!
Its like a bad fever dream
I'm going to dock this scene one bag for not having any munchkins in it for a rating of 4 bags of popcorn... but then I'm going to go ahead and reinstate that bag because I have been waiting so long for the lost jitterbug scene and witnessing cinema history being made, for a total of five bags, I loved this scene.
Neil hamburger is better than Gregg Tarkington. How sad.
So this is what it would be like if someone filmed a COVID fever dream. Very cool.
I dont havr the funds for HEI credits. Ive been so lost since 2019
Gregg’s incessant clapping is so brilliant lmao
FINALLY!
but what was the runtime of The Wizard of Oz?
This is the perfect mix of CGI and practical effects
Brilliant… Five bags of popcorn🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿
"Lost forever" shows clip from it lol
I live how he always waits as if everyone knows his very specific and very obscure trivia
the best part is there usually isn’t even a single right answer
Nice to see Greg finally being allowed to shine without Tim’s ego dragging him down. Mark however clearly needs an attitude adjustment. Unfortunately, Tim is the only one capable of managing that.
"DECK" of Cards. Curious.
Mark’s energy was very LOW in this scene
I like this music. It's....
I have this on vhs
This is a five bagger for sure! And, I’m going nuts with this, two sodas!
This is the kind of next level entertainment the world needs. Gregg manages to combine a compelling plot, world-class cinematography and an excellent score with his trademark expertise. Oscer, it's time to come home to the VFA
This is a love letter to motion picture history. Bravo Gregg, Bravo!
One bite of crab salts and i pulled down my shorts screaming 'L O O K A T M E M O T H R F U K R R R R"
This is a Joe Rogan impersonation for people who have never actually understood what Joe has said.
0:49 I think Tim means Mark Proksch here.
I'm so lost...
Then I recommend that you follow the famous “Yellow Brick Road” from…? The Wizard of Oz, the one starring…? Judy Garland!
Jitterbug's runtime is 45 min (2022), hopefully that helps clear things up for you 😊
Legitimately got pissed off waiting for Tim to get to the point about crab salts lol
searched for this understanding it was meant to be parody and it still annoyed the fuck outta me lol, I get it. Tim did such a phenomenal job capturing Joe’s nonsensical rambling
You should try getting thru an episode of Rogan
When your immunity is at 100000% you won't care how long Joe took to get to the point
Gregg needs to stop pining over Kylee and ask out the lovely queen of Harts. Maybe it's just the exciting music, but you can see a lot of romantic chemistry between them in this scene. Plus, we know she's a big Arthurhead, so they already have a lot in common.
I need to edit this into my Oz VHS copy.
all of these guys are now working on What We Do in the Shadows
Great segment
I have been using crab salts since the late seventies and everything Tim is saying is spot on.
I just found out about the salts that crabs comes from and honestly I know it sounds crazy but the crab salts are kind of an older, well not older so much as outdated form of the crab salt aka “salt crabs” but yeah it’s honestly making a huge difference in my day to day fitness and nutrition
I've been vaping crab salts. I don't even have to eat
“Science is interesting!” Lol
Sounds like something Rio Genesis would want to get ahold of.
Don’t bother with the Rio Genesis stuff, RJ’s shakes are where it’s at
I'm glad I made a room of five people with no On Cinema knowledge watch the entirety of Deck of Cards. Everyone was so lost
I wish I could have seen that room.
This is pure torture 😂
Tim's Joe Rogan impression would be better if he were taking gear and tons of useless supplements, and elk meat.
Which interview is this clip from?
i'm gonna be honest, i can see why tim has the right to strike mark for any given reason. how didn't he know about the jitterbug scene?
I’ve tried crab salts - they’re not safe
Actually they're good they are supposed to make your pee that colour it is supposed to do that so
Because you're a globalist shill, you won't accept the crab-salt lifestyle.
is that TCHJ? he's so handosme
One of the most accurate Joe Rogan impressions I’ve ever seen, and it seems mostly improvised. Tim is a total master of his craft, I genuinely can’t imagine anyone else being able to handle so many different comedic styles and be great in all of them
