@@rusty2075 The cool thing about mini bikes is all you need is a semi flat surface and you can make a track anywhere!!

It's not exactly the same as a road bike because the loss of traction is almost accounted for but I would say counter steering is definitely necessary at some points.

I want to remove the key box and electric start and just use the grip kill switch. Can someone please tell me how to accomplish this.

Well I figured it out after days of fooling with it. Just had to do some trial and error. Got the electric box off and figured out how to just wire up the grip kill switch. I was also having a problem with the torque converter locking up the belt while the engine is not running where I couldnt get the back wheel to move. Turns out there is more than just the copper ring that goes under the belt. There is another silver colored ring that goes over the copper ring. Had to figure that out myself. I was wondering what that silver ring was for.

@@MiniBikeMisfits But the brakes seem very weak to me. Im only using the back break for now because I lost one of those tiny little screws while putting fluid in them. I mean it does work...but I was thinking the wheel should completely lock if you press the break lever hard enough.

Welcome man I hope y'all enjoys the race rules are pretty simple 225cc limit no bigger than 10in wheels and must have started life as a mini (no dirt bike frames

Pretty much anything goes when it comes to motor mods It just has to stay pull start, The reason for that is not having to wait for starter boxes when bikes cut off on the line Or on the track. Just keep the motor within 225cc

The motor definitely has tons of power and is a hoss

It was an amazing event if the flat track had not gotten rained out it would have absolutely been the cherry on top. Chastain has a great place and wonderful environment and people.

I bet he had dirt in his teeth for a week

Thanks It was very challenging but a lot of fun. It was almost as much fun trying to wash all the mud out of all the nooks and crannies on all the bikes lol.
