Привет! В Каире есть разные районы, блогеры любят показывать трущобы и неухоженность. Но сейчас город, действительно, развивается и с 2019 года (когда я впервые сюда приехала) он изменился: огромное количество новых дорог и развязок. Но если выбирать район для длительного проживания, то я бы выделила только следующие два: Район Шейха Заед и в особенности Беверли Хилз - Для спокойной и расслабленной жизни, где можно даже безопасно водить нам автомобиль в привычной атмосфере. Очень зелёный и опрятный, рядом 2 огромных ТЦ. Есть абсолютно всё. Район Новый Каир - тоже норм, но здесь более суетная обстановка, часто пробки (почти всегда). Много ТЦ разных размеров. Это район скорее для бизнеса, чем для жизни, но здесь тоже всё есть. И его главный плюс - это близость к международному аэропорту

They all only film the popular markets and the crowds in the center of Old Cairo, which makes the viewer think that Egypt is a country. It's not developed and it's just crowded

In Egypt stuff is cheap so if you want to live alone and rent a house that will be like 800$ or 900$ monthly if you want to buy a house it will be in a range from 1 or 2 million Egyptian pounds which is like 20 thousand dollars
