I like how the amount of insanity Oblivion has, not just in the Shivering Isles, and also possibly from the bugs too, is what warranted the Hero of Kvatch into being the Mantle of Sheogorath. Also, if you are Argonian, drinking that Hist Sap also added to that factor

Sheogorath is the only daedric prince I can identify myself with. The only difference is that I have a few more personalities than 2 (and some of them speak languages I don't even know existed, so, pretty funny when one of them is texting my friends and no one can understand them XD) But anyways my fazit is, Order is boring and chaos/madness is fun, if you don't want to lose your intestines better run. Jyggalag returned every thousand years when he had the mantle of the madgod, so it is possible that Sheogorath doesn't completely replace a person's mind, but actually modifies it to fit their new task, at least for a limited time
@@matiasvonbischhoffshausen1307 Oh yeah. Sheogorath is his own god separate of Jyggalag now. They are two separate entities, two separate gods. But Jyggalag coming back during the Greymarch meant that Sheogorath didn’t actually preside over him fully. I mean, it was Jyggalag’s punishment. It’s not HIS punishment if he is no longer there to suffer it. So naturally Sheogorath’s creation meant that he could not fully inhabit any being he was a part of. He could project himself onto them and overpower their soul and their being but he could not get rid of them all together. Just…suppress them. Sheogorath needs another being to be a part because he was created for that purpose, to be the dominant part of another being. So if that being dies, he can no longer inhabit them. And since the events of The Shivering Isles took place he jumped ship to the Hero and Jyggalag’s punishment ended.

Honestly 1 idea I like for elder scrolls 6 is the neveraine comes back from akavir wounded and beaten and then enlists the help of our character, Sheogorath (and thus the hero of kvatch) and the Dovahkiin honestly I would love to see 4 legendary heroes meeting and fighting together maybe even at one point sheogorath briefly returns to being normal hero of kvatch or something or even better all 4 go *To* akavir

After finishing The Shivering Isles, it makes me like Sheogorath even more. However, I’m not sure how he turned from an Argonian into… well, himself? Maybe he got sick of the tail, or didn’t like Oblivion’s character creator. *OH,* maybe he didn’t like having scales anymore… or, _OR,_ he got dared into doing it! That makes sense. It really doesn’t, but I like to think it does anyway.
