My darling boy, they are not called mashed up peas, if you want mushy peas yes and that's what you call them then what you or the chef needs to do is get a packet of dried peas, steep them in a pot of water over night, cook them the next day on a low heat until they go soft, stir and wallah, delicious mushy peas, hope you and your beautiful wife will try this sometime to add as a side to a lovely meal you have both prepared, enjoy, love you brilliant vlogs!!

I really like the small cosy pub it looks like a tavern from a fantasy video game like Skyrim or the witcher. The portion size is a bit of a let down but I suppose that's why you don't see many over weight Japanese.

Personally I thought the 'pub' looked tired. The food looked shocking. The fish and chips was a kids portion. The black pudding looks very strange.

Only a monster would have a tomato with a meal, the egg is too runny, and the basic standard seems low, just frozen shit warmed up. I'd prefer to pay half and heat my own food up.

Not quite sure about the meal but the Guiness looked great.

Wow. We're do I start. Steak and onion rings overcooked. Eggs and grilled tomato undercooked. Snotty eggs needed hot oil over the top. All ingredients looked cheap. Wouldn't pay that even with 40% off.

I think for me, most of the complaints are down to price vs quality. Take away the 40% off, this is something I wouldn’t pay more than £10 for, it’s not an £18.99 Mixed Grill. As for the burger, not a lot there for £15.99, again, if it was £8 or £9, it might have been okay. We had a mixed grill at the Hungry Horse today after I finished work, which blew this one out of the water, at just over £14, so, even though this food was okay, I want more than okay for that price. I hope this explains why I’m conflicted about the Beefeater
