Just to mention that you don't necessarily need to go to an African store to buy most of the ingredients. The major ingredients are listed below: 1. Rice (this can be the normal type of rice or basmati. However, I advise long grain rice. 2. Tomatoes, red bell pepper, onions and scotch bonnet. 3. Garlic and ginger (if you use them in cooking) 4. Cooking oil 5. Seasonings and salt to taste 6. Tin or sachet tomatoes 7. Chicken or beef ( I use the broth from this as the liquid needed in cooking my jollof rice. All of these items can be gotten from your regular stores like Walmart, Costco etc.

Hello, there is one in Johannesburg known as city deep and there is another one in Pretoria.

I keep my tomatoes and bell peppers in the freezer if I want them preserved for a period of time. So once I bring them out of the freezer, I blend it immediately for use.

Hello, some of the items go beyond a month, while some of the items need to be topped up in the course of the month. Most of my grocery shopping videos do not show clips of me buying proteins like chicken, turkey, beef and fish, because I buy them from a butchery in large quantities and keep them in the freezer. So I don't buy them every month. Sometimes, I also buy my rice in bulk(bags) to last for sometime. Hence, most of my grocery shopping videos don't have clips of me buying meat and rice.

Generally, Immigration always stamp passports in South Africa. But I am not sure, if british nationals gets the stamp or not. If you are traveling with just hand luggage, and it meets all the requirements for a hand luggage in terms of weight, dimensions and the items inside the bag, then you might not have to check it in. But if it is beyond the hand luggage requirements, then you might have to check it in.

Hello, prices for that amount of groceries usually ranges between R2000 to R3000. Not sure of the exact amount again.
