It's good when you have someone to share. I visit farmers market in pta after every 3months. We usually spent 1200 to 1500 and share, for 2 families with 10 people. Can, pickle and freeze them veges.

From my experience, going to the farmers market is very economical compared to going to the regular shops to buy those items.

Hello, thank you for watching 🎉 I don't know the price of the pallets. I only bought the tomatoes in the 6kg boxes and 18kg creates. But you can actually check their website for the prices. Kind regards.
How do you keep veggies fresh for longer, and when they become unfresh, what do you do with them?
I keep my tomatoes and bell peppers in the freezer if I want them preserved for a period of time. So once I bring them out of the freezer, I blend it immediately for use.

Yes, the market is big. It's a farmers market. As at the time of this video, a box of tomatoes was R30 to R35. However, they also sell in crates which was around R150.
