Elvis ,like me when I was 19 after completing my campus diploma I was told its either I get married off or i get I job ,I finally got a job at 21 in somalia in courtesy of my dad so my whole family knows my salary and end month is like am entitled to send money home ,nikisema sina they ask imeenda wapi ,nikikuja leave they at my sister's place we share to buy house shopping coz I will eat there nikienda home I will provide everything am just 21 both parents alive .imefanya hadi sipendi leave yangu ifike ama nikue na my own house nikispend I know I spend on myself.

Any addiction ( coping mechanism) is the mind's way of trying to escape trauma/difficult emotions eg. loneliness, anxiety, depression etc. By going deeper past the surface level and working on our main issues, we develop good coping mechanisms that are neither destructive nor addictive. The first step however is acceptance. Only when we come to terms with our addictions do we begin the long, painful yet beautiful journey of CHANGE. Goodluck to anyone trying to overcome an addiction. You are not alone.
