Ummmm HELL YEAH!!! RCCL did an extensive survey with all the world cruisers and hopefully they will take note of our suggestions… Many more overnights and less unnecessary ports and likely for five months max, we would be on it in a blink!! You??

@ We would love to do it! Hoping for about 3-4 months but I know there is a lot to see around the world. 😊We have an Alaskan cruise on Serenade in August 2025 and doing a British Isles cruise in July 2026.

⁠ohhhh I can’t wait to hear about THOSE! The reunion is in Alaska in Sept so I’ll be looking for your advice and would love to hear about the Brit Isles!!!!

Linda! I love that you love the channel! I’ve got a ton of info on both Barcelona AND Rome! It’s late so I’ll send you another message when my thoughts are collected tomorrow! You’re gonna have a BLAST!!

Linda- in Barcelona- we stayed at the Pestana Arena and it was a GREAT location - Barcelona is so walkable that really anywhere within the city center you will be good! We LOVED the Pestana (rated 4.4 online still (I stayed in 2019) - there are cabs everywhere so you should be able to have your hotel hail you a cab to the cruise port (AND/OR you cruise line may have an option) Its a distance to walk so a cab/shuttle is best. Be sure to get your Segrada Familia tickets in advance online (dont forget to add a tower) and dont miss the Barcelona Cathedral. Roam the streets, have Paella, go to a flamenco dance show- its all just sooo amazing. IF Gaudi is your thing- dont miss the Park Guell.

For Rome: We stayed at the BEST hotel in Rome - it was the Best Western called Hotel Raffaello. We stayed in the balcony room and it was one of the best rooms weve ever had! GREAT location and again Rome is super walkable. ALso be sure to get your Colesseum and Vatican tickets in ADVANCE (At the Vatican get the guided tour to avoid lines at the Vatican for even those with tickts) SO worth it! Add any other questions- Ill give you all I have. I have notes on both Barcelona and Rome I can send you as well

@pointmysoulnorth we have been full-time 10 years. Before that I was a traveling nurse for 14. My tip is slow down and don't rush to the next place. We spent 4 months traveling around Ecuador, Peru and Mexico before I started vlogging. Slow is good.

Great way to look at them! Def good to just roll through a city we are just huge walkers (to go where we want) this one was extra good as it took us all the way down the coast … just goofy 😂 I had to look up Alesund - couldn’t remember what we even did there… turns out… not much!
