i didn't get diagnosed, but I could do them even w/ the elbow pain. It just hurt
Should i dk rehab exercise or full rest
not sure
Thank you for your explanation and sharing,as i watch so many videos which still very confusing
glad it helped!
Have you seen Dr. Yaad's video on front level programming? What are your thoughts on it if so
I think it's pretty good
how did you recover from the snapping ulnar nerve ? 2:49
I adjusted my technique, lowered the intensity (less ego lifting), did some nerve flossing. It never really went away but it's less frequent/less of an issue now
The Eleven General Orders of a Sentry 00:02 1. To take charge of this post and all government property in view. 00:06 2. To walk my post in a military manner, keeping always on the alert, and observing everything that takes place within sight or hearing. 00:14 3. To report all violations of orders I am instructed to enforce. 00:19 4. To repeat all calls from posts more distant from the guardhouse than my own. 00:24 5. To quit my post only when properly relieved. 00:28 6. To receive, obey, and pass on to the sentry who relieves me all orders from the Commanding Officer, Command Duty Officer, Officer of the Deck, and Officers and Petty Officers of the Watch only. 00:40 7. To talk to no one except in the line of duty. 00:44 8. To give the alarm in case of fire or disorder. 00:48 9. To call the Officer of the Deck in any case not covered by instructions. 00:53 10. To salute all Officers, and all colors, and standards not cased. 00:58 11. To be especially watchful at night, and during the time for challenging, to challenge all persons on or near my post, and to allow no one to pass without proper authority.
For those like me who also needs to repeat *a single order* over and over again 🙂 Also great to randomly select the orders out of sequence so you can ensure that you know the orders separately 🤭 Good luck to everyone and a special thank you to the video OP!
Lets see if i get it right *Case1- tear cuz of new Rm1? *Case 2- Assuming its not he's first time doing sup Planche the reason for the tear is Over Work? *Case 3 - Well he said he did take a 3 day rest before this tear so what I get from it is Sup planche need a different kind of conditioning? which i feel as well when i put angle to my parralets *Case 4-5 - was less informative for me at least Every ? is actually a question and sorry for bad eng You might wanna look at this vid th-cam.com/video/PfGzS7WO_4Q/w-d-xo.html i think its one of the best Tear vid out there also good vid :)
sounds about right. Cases 4 and 5 didn't have much info to accompany the video so I couldn't provide much context. For case 3 it's a bit ambiguous since he was well-rested but he didn't do supi floor maltese much before so the novelty of it could have caused the injury, even though he had bands. and thanks for the feedback and video suggestion
Got basics today ngl Im cooked chat they’re finna grill me😂
Incredibly informative, subscribed. Stay GOATED
ty u 2 bro
good vid! thx you very much, i have a question here bro, Is Supinated Muscle up safe?
So what’s the answer to why you lost weight
probably for views and performance
this has reinforced my decision to never train supinated planches, i will keep my fingers pointed sideways / forwards.
:o
dude what do you do for your forearms? they look awesome goated vid btw
thank you. Mainly bodyweight movements like pull-ups. False grips & forearm isolations also helped.

@@Huange._. okay thanks for your answer
Is there a way to get rid of the ads on this video?

:o
Bro admitted mid video he hopped on the tren 😭😭😭 jk
:D
Dude you are not satisfied with your leanness? Let me tell you you are very lean. I once had your physique 10 years ago and let me tell you leanness below that it is not sustainable especially once you pass 30-33. But your body will adapt and you will still perform at the same level (if not better since I found I gained a lot of strenght in that period of time). Dont be to hard on yourself. You already crushed it and outperformed 99.95 percent of the population. Be proud of what passion got you.
thanks!
Damn ur a table tennis connoisseur too! Calisthenics x table tennis vid would go hard icl
lol maybe someday
how long did it take for you to reach this physique?
I've been training for almost 5 years
Dragon press goes crazy
thank you
My dream physique is to have a six pack and weight 170. I'm currently 155 and I've always been skinny, I'm 5'10'. I'd like to have a bigger chest and biceps too. I want to be able to do 100 push-ups in a row, with perfect form. The main reason for my fitness goals is to have more energy and stamina for going on hikes, and to just be healthier!
great goal!
it's always the first muscle up that hits the hardest!
true
Dang I always tried to force myself into calisthenics but I have come to realize it's not what I wanted.
fair
Its hard to mix skills + hypertrophy training
tru
I am going to get motion sickness from the camera moving around haha
oof
This was relatable af. Fire video bro! Keep it up!
thank you
One of my favorite videos from you so far. I’d imagine this is a nice break compared to your biomechanics and bts videos 😂 Keep up the good work 👍
thanks!
lets do some sparing huange
i'd be down sometime. I'll be in LA starting tmrw tho :( hmu on fb messenger and we can plan something
I appreciate the effort you make with your videos, esp given your obsession with exercise and your studies. But some things puzzle me, and I don't necessarily think you should answer me. Why would you be objectifying yourself, seeing yourself from the reflection of a mirror (dreaming of a physique as seen by others). Maybe this is just a sign of you growing up in the age of social media. Or is it cultural? Was your father's generation obsessed with being buff or obsessed with exercise? I also can't relate to your interest in exercise per se (I was a fat child with asthma and malformed joints). It seems strange to me (I threw myself into reading). I would expect someone interested in exercise per se would not be reflexively concerned about physique - after all, anyone with your enthusiasm for exercise is going to end up with a body in the top 1%. Perhaps you are just super competitive? I am the opposite, I never wanted to compete against anyone. Now that I am an old man I exercise pretty much every day, only taking days off when I ache or feel exhausted. And even though I started late in life and from a position of obesity I have no doubt my body is in the top 1% for men above 40. I do my utmost to exercise at my limit whilst mindful to avoid injury. You seem to be very casual about the idea of injury. I think you should rethink that. Perhaps your concern with a dream physique (viewing yourself reflexively) has led you down a path of exercise that is damaging? As someone who spent 10 years on morphine 24x7 I don't think injury is something to be taken lightly. And I do look at myself reflexively, but I am gay and do not particularly enjoy exercise. If I had had your health and your enthusiasm for exercise I think my life would have been so much easier. I hope you are proud of yourself and kind to yourself and appreciate what you have.
thanks for the thoughtful question. Personally, I am more of a physically oriented person than mentally. Because of school and my family's influence, I focused more on academics. But my favorite form of self-expression or self-fulfillment is in physical activity.
