I love how this whole episode was about Moses learning to ask for help with his tasks... Got me thinking... Maybe when God asked him to keep his staff up, it was to teach him to rely on others for help? Then he didn't get it, her made Jethro spell it out for him? Something to think about...

The amount of dark humor and awkward situations that can be derived from bible stories are boundless. This needs to be a thing. That's coming from me who heard this stories when i was a kid as bedtime stories. Yes the invasion of the whole canaan region and the game of throne-esque plot of King David's reign and his successors. Just to name a few

I loved the pilot. I really hope this takes off. After reading the Bible for the first time this really humanizes it. But the quail only came through once. So historical accuracy is a little off.
