Octane Booster for Harley Davidson Twin cam 96
มุมมอง 593 หลายเดือนก่อน
Talking & Testing the Nulon Pro Strength Octane Booster. 1 500ml bottle can be mixed into 60L of fuel. Thats 8.333Ml per 1L of fuel. I put 100ml into a tank with 14.5L of BP 98. Great results but would not run the full mixing ratio for everyday use. To save money id mix it at 5ml per tank of fuel that way you can get up to 10tanks per bottle costing you roughly $4Aud per mix Highly suggest to b...
Vance & Hines Big Radius 2 into 2 Baffles modification.
มุมมอง 1.2K3 หลายเดือนก่อน
Cutting my Vance & Hines Big Radius 2 into 2 Pipes. Very easy mod & overall i am super happy with the result ! No performance lost but in fact a performance gain ! Have noticed no low end torque lost due to back pressure but an increase in mod range torque, the bike revs better in lower RPM & mid range torque has noticeably increased.. By cutting the baffles it really made the bike sound a hell...

cant hear you
Very impressed with the fact that an Australian is is doing these videos to help fellow Aussies preform these maintainance task on there bikes, one question I have is because I need to change the seals on the three oil lines on mine after a mild oil leek became apparent from the top line going into the top of the crankcase at the back of the rear cylinder barrel would you think it would be easier to unscrew the o2 sensors from the exhaust ,or is that an item that is best not tampered with, another reason is I would like to perform touch-up work on the exhausts themselves and the heat shields, mine are freedom performance all commonly called big Dog hookers I believe, but large radius exhausts like the Vance and Hines on yours definately subscribing to see more of your videos
Man I thought you was about to do a magic trick when toss that shop towel over the pipe…. good job 👍🏽
Rather than cutting them you could have fiberglass wrapped them. Fiberglass absorbs high frequency sound.
Good job
Hi, I have one breakout whit vance and hines Big Radius.
Nice sound.
@@rafaelroberto6684 it sounds very nice, much better then the stock baffles. Butt, theres a slight shake in the cut baffles. When the baffles are stock, its a tight snug fit with the 2 ends being the exact dimension of the exhaust them selfs. After the cut, the half that goes into the exhaust first is a little smaller & it shakes a little bit, you cant hear it sitting on the bike with the helmet on but you can hear it of the bike while a slight revving. Have a set of DK customs 158w Thunder torque inserts i have to install, But with the VH 2-2, the original screw that holds the baffle needs to be Tapped to 3/8. Will make a video on it next weekend as there is 0 video reference on youtube
Great video. I like your narration when removing pieces. I also like how you show and talk about the little details. Makes for a clear step by step that even I could follow. Now I go and do mine. I do wonder however why you would remove and unplug the speedo from its casing when there is a plug to do so under the main valence. Either way, great video !
Great video I will be doing my 2007
Awesome 👌as someone mentioned in the comments, the 4mm drill bit is too big for the external catch can, a smaller bit & a couple holes & a sponge will do the job just fine
4mm holes are probably too large and the vapour will leak out and make a mess of the push rod tubes. I’ve done a similar mod on my 103, but put a piece of open cell scourer in the catch can. It will need emptying every 400 miles or so.
@@ricsparicspa8803 the 4mm is a bit too much but it was the only metal drill bit i had, did put a sponge at the bottom of the catch can to help it absorb, no mess so far 👌
Bro this is brilliant. I long the long angle and your talking about the problems. Cheers mate.
Thanks mate 👌 Found a good spot to place my phone down for some better angles
@@2HotWheels I love that you keep improving!
Do you wear any Levi’s jeans in particular or a black leather biker/greaser jacket with your motorcycle?
Hi 👋 i occasionally do wear jeans for long rides but mostly just straight cut black Cotton chinos for everyday riding. No leather jackets. Im only 27
Tis was exactly what I was looking for. Great job, friend:). DK Customs wants $171.00 for a kit. You just saved me money. New sub😊
Cheers for the Like & Sub 👌 Glad the video was helpful. Originally was going to get a DK custom catch can my self but the price is obviously a complete rip of, also ive seen them in real life & can say, functionally, they are no different to the one i have made & installed my self. Props to “ The Gingybeard man” M8 External breather Mod video that gave me this idea.
Loud pipes saves lives. Sounds like mine
@@Sam123QU29 The Vance & Hines 2-2 does a good job of that 👌
Mate I’m letting your videos play random in the background to help your algorithm. Maybe do for me too?
Ive seen most of your videos on the fire-blade but yeh Algoods, ill let it play out in the back ground while i cook dinner tonight
@@2HotWheels brilliant mate!
100 views mate! You are on your way!
Great view of the bike in the sun mate!
@@DisturbingKreationzFireblade They do look nice in the sun with the Crimson sun glow colour, the blue ones looks real fresh as well
Sounds tough mate. The only reason I don’t own one. Mine would be quiet. 😂
@@DisturbingKreationzFireblade They are great bike! Would be an awesome pieve to your collection 👌 In the U.S the Rocker C hasn’t sustain its value quit as much compared to Europe & Aus so I’m sure they’d be one somewhere thats all done up for a bargain
I like this video the best. We can see you and the bike while speaking. No loud music. I think your channel is gonna be grand mate!
Cheers mate, still learning the ins & outs of the bike. Not really too fuzz about the channel, it’s more of a documentation process to look back on in the future. Really want to transform this stock HD into something awesome.
@@2HotWheels the willingness to admit 1 is a beginner makes me more happy then guys w 20 years “knows it all” type of wanker! 🤣
Great info. I can hear you so much better on this video over the air filter music on video. Next small video like this that you are explaining get your face on the video so you can make a bond with the viewers mate! Great job.
Noted 👌
What’s that street bike in the background mate?
That is my 2003 Ducati Monster 800ie. Got a few bits and pieces on it. Will have to show it sooner than later. It does Needs a valve adjustment so cant start it without me worrying too much, Been keeping an eye out for a Desmo 2 valve shim kit so i can learn how to adjust it my self but no luck so far, here in Australia, they are about 600usd including shipping new. If cant find a second hand kit in the next few months i will have to Tear the bike down to get the valve head out and send it off to get adjusted. Fingers cross some ducati mechanic will do it considering tearing The bike down for a Desmo service which consist mainly of a the valve clearance check / adjustment is where they make the big bucks. If its just the heads itll be less then an hours worth of work hahaha
Mate, those filters are great. You can wash it and save money. I just did a video on how to clean and reinstall one. It’s not out yet. Great video. Did they hot you on copyright for the music? Next time turn the music off or super low it’s hard to hear you some time just advice the video it great.
They are great filters, last the life time of the bike and also noticed a lot less Decel popping from the VH BR 2-2. And They did get me on Copyright, not really sure what it means though and cheers for the advice 👌
@@2HotWheels copyright means you can’t play music. Take the video down and try to edit out the songs and repost. If that doesn’t work you can always delete all audio from this video and do a voice over talk and lay the audio back over the video.
@@DisturbingKreationzFireblade i understand Copyrights but in regards to me having it on my video, will YT take it out eventually
@@2HotWheels no mate. Did you get a “warning” or a “strike”? Looks those words up for TH-cam channels. Also, WHEN, because you will, get monitized…..any “copyright” videos earn zero money forever.
@@DisturbingKreationzFireblade Ahh ok i understand, cheers for the heads up. I didnt see any notifications saying i got a warning or a strike.
