No truer words. I remember how scared i was before taking my driving exams. I was actually upset after the exams because it turned out completely different. All that worrying for nothing. 😂😂😂

Hello, Martha. Thank you for these great reminders. I agree with most of what you said, especially the point on the false sense of accomplishment after we share our grand plans, which may not lead to us taking the actions we need to take, and also the potential theats that may come after oversharing to the wrong person/people. However, I don't agree with the idea of choosing just one friend or one family member to share our innermost thoughts. This is because it may not be sustainable. What if that person were to pass away or something happened that prevented us from being in touch with them, especially on days we really need their support? I think relationships can always change and it'd be too risky to put all of your eggs in just one or two baskets. We should diversify our trust. This is not to say we should trust everyone. But I believe that we should take a leap of faith to be open to those whom our gut feelings tell are genuine. There is power in vulnerability that can bring about beauty in life in a way that solitude cannot provide. Of course, self-reflection is crucial to knowing your authentic self and solitude may be necessary for most cases. But a true friend is also like a truthful mirror to us. Sometimes, parts of ourselves can only be discovered through looking at these mirrors. At least in my case, many of my life's most memorable moments were the friendship that formed through taking a leap of faith and being unafraid to be the one to bare my heart first.

I am a Christian however the priest at my church who is also a doctor thinks it helps because the mobm is located in the abdomen as is my issues. This issues keeps me from giving blood . A nurse at the donor center thinks any feminine energy music effects for Vagus nerve . @@Marta.Pozaro
