Congrats on the engagement mate! Had my first crack at GB age group racing myself earlier this year and I'm totally sold. Felt so much more like a "race" compared to a 70.3 or full distance which is often basically a battle with yourself. So ditching the longer stuff to purely focus on draft legal/sprints in 2025.

Come and do our East Grinstead Club in May, one of the oldest events going 😊. Very impressive video (I know how long editing takes). That’s some going, doing two Euro events in one go. Your account is spot on and very fair.

Hi hope you didn't get too burnt @ Iron Man. Question. Tracking worked flawless, is that because you were on your Bike & had an Apple iPhone on you the full time!? 🤣😉 My main question is how Tracking would perform if bike stolen, and you wanted to track it, National in the UK. Obviously if this happened, the owner wouldn't be on it or stood next to, with their iPhone.... I wonder with Mobiles these days, and NOTIFICATIONS & APP USE, perhaps not every applicable iPhone near to bike would ping it's location. But I have no idea, hence the question... And if this device uses same APP as AIRTAG, what about that... as more discreet. The APP featured is that the KNOG APP? But using the iPhone Find My etc...?

Realise it's been a while now, but do uou know/remember if the large version would reach from the front wheel around a D-lock on the back wheel? I'm thinking of using the x3 for the rear/frame, and then this one around the front, connecting to the x3. Thoughts?

Great video! I did this race too, and fully agree with you. Damn hot race, and no wind to cool us down. Also, tagging myself at 17:30. I remember seeing you filming, and you inspired me to do a quick vlog after you! :) Well done on a great time. Mine was 5hrs 53. I also got stomach pains at the start of the run, and it took me until 7k to shake it. Great race Lewis, and maybe see you at another race! :) I will do this race again next year and try to achieve sub-5!

Hi, looking at a Zesty / Spicy, is there a big weight difference / climbing advantage that would make you choose one over the other? Most of my riding involves the climb, just a few uplift days here and there! You seem to be theronly source of knowledge I can find on these bikes!
