This 4 hour pomodoro timer with rain sounds is designed to help adhd brains with sustained focus and blocking out background noise.
Pomodoro timers can help create a sense of urgency and competition (great ADHD motivators) as you race against the clock to hit your target before the clock runs out! The background rain soundscape provides background noise reduction and stimulation to help increase concentration and focus for people with ADHD.
In this video we'll do 4 intervals of 50 minutes, with 10 minute breaks in between. You'll hear a chime at the end of each work interval.

Such a good background
This helped me so much with disipline i haven't learn all day (because i keep losing focus) and my exam is tommorow i would say a good 96% of my work is memorized and in 2 hours, usually my mind and focus is all over the place so it will take me 10+ hours to finish studying i started the video about 7 pm and at 9 pm i almost knew all my work in only 2 hours 8 hours less than usually. I love the fact that my breaks is in the video so that means that i cant go to Instagram or tiktok or you-tube shorts and lose track of time because i needed to keep an eye out for when i start to study again. In my breaks i only refilled my cup with tee and walked around and my motivation of studying has been renewed.

This is highly effective. I'm not using it for studying, but for help concentrating while writing a novel. I always find I am too easily distracted and cannot get into the right flow state. I don't think I have ADHD, at least I'm not diagnosed. With this playing in the background, in the first 50 mins, I finished writing a scene that had been troubling me, broke a too long section into two chapters, and rearranged a couple of chapters to fix a sequencing issue. This will be my go to background noise from now on. Thank you!

i just want you thank you so much and it is actually 1 am and i just got up from a 2 hour study session. Last year i was in college and ADHD took my life! i used try so hard to study but would always fail, then i found ur videos, u literally help me score average to high marks in complicated subjects like maths or science for me. i know it sounds very unrealistic but it is true, i dont care if you dont read my comment but i just always want you to be blessed and help others through intenet. i always talk about ur channel and it also helped my classmates, especially my bestie who has ADHD. well its a long comment but thank you sm! <3

Ohh this is stuff. The brown noise was quite harsh at first, but I just smashed 50 mins of writing a chinese essay without caving to distractions. Maybe brown noise needs to sound like flight turbulence to actually work?
