    Videos of people "writing" rhythms by picking random cards from a deck have been around well before this album came out. However, if this is true, Attila definitely got one of the best rhythms out of it.

    Alex is a bigot. It's not about political correctness. It's about treating people with respect and dignity. Fk that band. It's hilarious they're talking about not standing up when people are literally standing up against him, and the band either agrees or bends over and agrees because they're cowards.

    I like anything dino does. He chooses the best musicians. The drummer on divine heresey is a beast. Even the musician that filled in in fear factory is one of my favorite guitarists. Dino has the mind of a producer He knows who to put on. Love it

    Dino is awesome! I was front row at a show in Portland Oregon and he was head banging right over my head and I got wet with his sweat 😂Dude can play !!! I got some awesome photos of him at that show. I remember them playing Purple Rain full volume right before the show with the lights shining Purple. It was great! A club full of metal dudes singing Purple Rain. ☔️ Then the show started and it was crazy from start to finish. One of my favorite shows and what a great band.

    obsolete is definitely up there as far as influencing metal records go!.. it’s sad that the days of actually going to a record store and spending time picking out albums is a lost art but i remember the times I went to a Strawberries or FYE or local music store for my hardcore and metal cds.. i remember I was going through a more “ traditional death metal” phase after yrs of local hardcore/Death metal so I bought Six Feet Under’s True Carnage and double dead cd/dvd the same day lol & grabbed obsolete randomly as I was heading to the counter , just cuz I liked them, but when I heard that intro to SHOCK I was blown away… getting old sucks lol

    Dino has caused problems in more than one band, pretty arrogant about his playing that really isn't all that hard. Burton was fear factory, without him there would have been no fear factory. I respect his playing, never liked dinos attitude.

  • @diluteduk
    @diluteduk 20 วันที่ผ่านมา

    The band is better without Burton. His live vocals have been awful for years. The question now is whether they can still write good songs and lyrics without him.

  • @FernandoFlores-xi3mh

    Well , OBVIOUSLY...you cannot say he was not a fighter...he stuck with FF for like 30 years! Besides, how can you not quit if you have a family to support and you do not make much money and because lf the band YOU also go bankrupt? You have to grow up at some point! And mature!! Burton had his own personal drama but come on! Grow up and get a real job! And is not about being a follower! Is abour making real money support your family and growing up.

    When Obsolete came out I must admit I really didn't like it. I loved Demanufacture so much and Obsolete was too different. But as I got older I loved that album more and more. Demanufacture will always be in my top 10 metal albums of all time, but obsolete will always be my 2nd fav from Fear Factory. But I always loved Shock and Edge Crusher from the album.

    I went to a recent fear factory show with the new lineup and after the show they had a signing booth for anyone who purchased merch to get it signed right there by all the band members. Anyways one guy approached Dino with a paper ticket of the concert that day, Dino replied to him to read the sign- that he had to buy merch to get it signed. This guy spends his hard earned money to listen to you, wants his ticket signed and you tell him to spend more money? I almost couldn't believe it but watching this video beforehand essentially proved to me that he was more than likely the problematic one in the band's dissolvement.

    Everyone trashing Dino, but it is worth reading about their court case. I love FF and Burton always seemed like a warm guy, but he isn’t a saint. That’s how he lost the trademark. And he regularly spoke about wanting to move away from heavy music. They also both booted Christian and Raymond. I don’t think this can be all put on Dino. People said the same thing when vext left divine heresy, pretty clear now that wasn’t on Dino either.
