(I strongly recommend you *don't* get the lands slabbed, but instead use them in your decks as major "pimptastic" lands and story starters about your experience opening this pack. Mind Twist is the rare.

Great opening! Mind twist is an epic card. That pack was rough, but the cards looked mostly good outside of the ding on the rare. I am curious how much you paid for this pack 10 years ago though, if you don't mind sharing. Liked, commented and subscribed!

Actually, Royal Assassin, Nightmare and Demonic Tutor despite having numerous reprints and much cheaper versions in paper are more expensive than Mind Twist in black. Not sure why

Mind twist dark ritual is one of the most evil starting hands to this day in my opinion.

I know mind twist isn't a power 9, but it's one of my favorite. Especially in black border.

Epic! Thanks for sharing. Pack was gnarley on the outside, but the seal and contents looked relatively decent and intact. Rare is one of the most playable, some may argue it is power 10. Turn one with that and a couple lotus/mox and your opponent will be drastically disadvantaged...

Wait you bought that booster in that condition 10 years ago? Was it from a shop, online or direct from people. Didn't anyone told you that you shouldn't have done that?? That was clearly a scanned booster. Those marks looks like from someone doing a bad job at sliding the cards inside. In case you guys here didn't know any early boosters are kinda transparent and could be see through with a scan machine even from the 90's with horrible resolution as long you could see a bit of top name/casting cost you could figure out what was inside. It was later fixed with the aluminium kinda booster later. Don't ever buy a worn early booster, you'll get 100% junk. Even if it's clean you need to check with your own eyes before buying see if there are some lil marks to push cards on side or any horizontal marks cause the booster leave traces if it was squish by the cover of scanner. Sorry to spoil the fun, but guys be careful when you buy those.

Awesome to watch. I got into magic in 95 and remember going to my local card shop and seeing unlimited, revised for 5-15 bucks a pack and just buying 4th edition because it was so much cheaper then the rest. I was only 16 at the time and when you only have 10-20 bucks to spend you want the most cards for your money. I think it was 2.95 a pack if I remember correctly at the time so I just bought the newest stuff. If only I would of known what I know now I would of went gang busters on the unlimited and revised packs.

Sadly this pack was searched. The nick in the bottom of the rare is a result of somebody poking the last card up so a bright light can she shined through the white part at the top of the wrapper and see what the rare is :(

I was half expecting an Esper in there but not bad at all on the hits. Mh2 drafts are underrated and overlooked.
