From watching this compilation and looking at the list of trailers, it appears that Something Weird just copied Mad Ron's Prevues from Hell, removed all the host segments, and then tacked on 23 additional trailers to beef up the running time. Most of the "new" trailers would have fit in just fine on MRPfH.

The chap that made the call was interviewed and said if he had been Charles in the same situation he would not have reacted with “oh good lord no.” he would have said something like “wait a minute what are you talking about.” Charles Reaction alone tells us he is guilty and he was caught. The fact he thought he could get away with this is beyond me.
