Faking artwork and selling it as an original of the artist is not the meaning of "Plagiarism", it's just called fakes. Plagiarism is copying someone work and claiming it as your own.
Making a copy and then claiming it's the original is fraud. Making a copy but making it clear that it is a copy is not fraud. The 2nd one is fine to do, the 1st one is not.
Okay, what if you have a specific writing style that you either can't or won't change, and THAT'S what's getting flagged?
What about Andy Warhol? He literally copied other companies logos. Should his art work be banned because he did not ask Campbell's,Coca Cola, and Brillo permission

Simply put: Inspiration is taking qualities from someone else's creation and remixing them with other ideas to make something else, yet typically giving credit to the original creator of that idea. Plagiarism is copying someone else's creation or idea, only tweaking a few things, and taking credit as the original inventor of that creation or idea whether overtly or through a lie of omission.
There's only so many notes in music! I think it's nearly all used up ! I cringe at any new people saying that they want to be a new artist!! Nearly any new music is bullshit and is completely stupid!!!
