Every character, from every game is here, this is similar to my last video but now I'm actually showing everyone and including all of the lines they say. Now, the US versions has a few alternate dialogues for some characters in a few games, but honestly, the differences are minimal and it's already tedious to hear the UK and US Lukes back to back. I noticed that no one has ever made a compilation of the animations you see when solving or failing puzzles, and there are some that are rare to get (or you only see once), so I thought it would be cool to have them all in one place. I made sure to get every single possible animation in every game. Angela and the duo of Layton and Phoenix don't have failing animations since they're not featured...

Technically speaking, this is missing some animations, but I certainly cannot blame you. In the Japanese version of Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright only, Layton has special puzzle solved animations for while you are climbing up the Storyteller's Tower, one of which can be seen here. th-cam.com/video/jKm0tAAcuBg/w-d-xo.html I do not know why they would remove this in the localisation. They are still present in the files. These are part of a very long animation, and I'm not sure if all of it can be seen in-game.
@@claire-xh6rn holy molly, I know I missed a DLC one, but I have NEVER ever seen the one you just showed me, that is amazing. Probably the most obscure Layton animation I have seen, how did you even know that one?
@@koolooc726 I thought it was unused for a long while, but then a friend showed me this vid. I dunno if the puzzles in the Storyteller's tower can be failed, but it would seem that there are also puzzle failed animations for it, as well as a Layton + Wright puzzle fail animation present in the files. PLvsAA is my favourite game in both series, and I have spent far too many hours looking at it and its files.
@@claire-xh6rn woah, you should really upload a video showing these animations, I'm sure 99% of people are unaware of these animations. Btw have you checked Miracle mask's files? I always wondered if there's an unused failing animation for Angela

@@Super_Scooter_Happy bool 2 is great. And yeah simon is a bastard but thats kind of why i love him as a character. My favorite book is book 4. I find the themes of individuality and control very relatable as an artist. All the other books are great too though.

Funny how Angela is the only one without a defeat animation because, without spoiling, the only puzzle she solves is one of these ones which automatically solves once you input the right answer; :p
I always wondered if there's an unused fail animation for her, but I've never seen someone search the files of Layton games for unused content

Trying to cram as many references as possible doesn't necessarily make the moveset better This is something most people attempting this fail to realize, despite this apparent design philosophy in smash (& rivals); it's no wonder that other platform fighters that don't do this tend to feel weird and not fluid
The first season worked perfectly!!! But when I tried to open the other seasons, they were the first season in folders named the other seasons. Did anyone else have this problem?
I do not see that, each folder has the corresponding season, the .rar files are completely different sizes
