Some of the booth reps might not have had all the technical details down, but I’ve found that the Tornador works extremely well with the Fortress set at 90 PSI and 4.0 CFM. For me, having a small, compact tool is crucial, especially for reaching tight spots, like between seats. I imagine a leaf blower might be a bit tricky for those kinds of applications, but at the end of the day, it really comes down to personal preference and what works best for your workflow. Your setup sounds like a great solution for your needs!

@PristineAutoLab it's a small blower called the Workshop blower. Another reason I don't use an air compressor is space. My mobile set up is in a Ford Escape. It would take up too much room. I'd still like to try a Tornador Mini if you say it works with the compressor I have.

Based on my scenario I have been able to do 4 to 5 cars without a single charge but it depends on several factors. An "entry-level" detail typically doesn’t require continuous operation of all equipment. If we estimate 15-20 minutes of active power washer use, along with vacuum and compressor time, you could expect to get through about 4 to 5 cars on a full charge depending on your configuration. Every setup is slightly different, so I’d recommend testing your workflow on a full charge to gauge exactly how many cars you can handle. Neither does a gas generator if there is no gas in its gas tank which holds its "stored energy source" They both accomplish the same thing they run your shit. Really don't see the scam? Personally I use both of them they compliment each other very well for situations like hurricanes etc.. Try getting gas after a hurricane hits good luck with that one. If your smart you use both if no sun charge it with the generator in an hour and conserve your fuel its a no brainier. They are both awesome when used wisely.

Actually no. It has an inverter powered by 12vdc which produces A/C current which charges the 12v batteries which powers the inverter to produce A/C and around and around in a circle. The problem is most setups like this do not produce enough wattage to run much. This unit seems to have you covered. I run an ambulance that uses this type of set up, but only produces 1000w, which is only enough to keep the interior lights on and a few small loads going.

@@Monkey_Snot Depends on what you buy just like a generator. If you only had a 1000 watt generator it would power up the same thing. Neither one of them are a scam. Like I said I love both of them. I powered the essentials of my house for a week after Milton. They both have their use cases which compliment each other rather nicely. I would encourage anyone who has the means to have both on hand for grid failures. I use mine everyday for my business and my home. I power my fridges and chest freezers 24/7 with my solar.

It "generates" in exactly the same way as a gas generator. All batteries are generators. They convert one form of energy into another. In both cases, Chemical to Electrical.

@monkey_snot, that’s is easily one of the stupidest things I’ve read in a good long while. Thanks for giving me a good laugh there. You use the stored energy for powering loads, not the inverter so that it can recharge the batteries. “Round and round it goes”?? lol, you lose efficiency every time you have to convert from AC to DC, and the invert from DC to AC, so you’re going to lose power on both ends of that equation, expressed as heat. These units, by and large, are pretty useless outside of some fairly limited roles, such as places you just can’t run a real generator, like indoors where there is no power available.

Thank you! In this particular case, after washing and decontaminating, I used Lake Country CCS blue pads + 2” wool pads combined with Rupes D-A course compound and finished off with Lake Country CCS black pads combined with Rupes D-A fine compound before applying the sealant.

Anywhere from $1400 - $2000. The investment is worthwhile as the money spent pays off in the long run.
