South Asian Teams did get roster changes.Both the rosters got 2 players change. Fatar in for Doc7er + Baaz in for Xedux in HW.And Rhymeswithbuck in for beat + Xedux in for R4ttler for KK. Hopefully we do good and have different opinions in the next preview.

Imagine Clubhouse Basement Defense, you have 2 people roaming top floor. Your site player gets on default cams and sees the street and strip cams instantly shot, while the warehouse cam stays up and there's no audio or visual coming from warehouse spawn. the site player calls out that the attack is pushing Jacuzzi side across, the attack opens jacuzzi wall and pushes the roamers back down red, when they suddenly get cut off by the Nokk who snuck past the outside default into the map into adam and gets both retreating defenders. super interested to see how creative people get with this change

XDefiant is certainly not killing R6. The game is already on a steady down trend in Europe and I'm not convinced it will survive year one. What people are absolutely rightfully be mad about is Ubi announcing less content to improve the anti cheat and the situation being still this bad. Also the paid event skin packs which are RNG being simply recolor of last years skins called a scam by Varsity is absolutely correct. If they want our money then at least put some effort in the skin designs which don't draw resources from the game devs time. Cheers

the cheating seems to be a way the players are trying to show ubisoft how awful it is. Like messing up their competitive tournament. I think its great lol

Suggesting that forced party sizes would fix anything (in alot of games) is a knee-jerk reaction to losing against larger stacks because you can't be bothered to que as a full stack. Realistically it would fix one problem at the cost of creating ten more, one of which would be skyrocketing que times, which would hit smaller regions hardest.

Also makes absolutely no sense because SBMM is supposed to balance both teams around elo regardless. Even people trying to abuse stacks with 1 lower rank or high rank shouldn’t matter. Problem is when the SBMM system is terrible which also affects non stack queues.

The point is you can ban two but there is always a chance it give you a shit map, it ranked not Oregon simulator

I don't think more content will save this game if the core / basic components stay this bad. The netcode is absolut dog shit and even with a fiber connection and a ping of 20-30 shooting feels like RNG. They won't reduce the jump spam since they've said it's one of their core features. They've implemented a slight penalty after 3 actions in a row but this doesn't do much. All I see is a bunch of morons jumping around like monkeys and hitting shots mid air while strafing. This ain't Quake or UT. If I want this experience I play Quake or Diabotical or Halo Infinite. They got 3 month to get stuff right until the next COD comes out and then we'll see how many players are gonna stay around. Take care guys 🤘

I didn't buy call of duty this year for the first time because of how frustrating it has become. XDefiant I am not complaining about spawns or maps so it must be decent.

Hi Guys, great idea to start a XDefiant podcast. 👍 I'm an older gamer and the game is a bit to fast for me, but it's great to reconnect with my friends which don't want to deal with the massive learning curve of Siege or did quitt Valorant because of Vanguard / the gun play. Unlike in Siege where Ubisoft got rightfully got booed at the major for their membership I'm okay with them trying to monetize a bit more aggressively because it's a free to play game. However the progression feels to slow without boosters or double XP. If you only have an hour in the evening it seems like you get nothing done. I would absolutely stop playing this game if they implement kill streaks or drop shooting. If you want them go play COD. There is already enough cluster fuck and nade spamming in the game this hasn't to be a COD clone and Ults are enough. Things they need to improve on is absolutely netcode / hit reg and get rid of the air strafing like you've already mentioned. At least make a penalty to the accuracy for AR and Snipers while in or sliding. This might me alright for shotguns and SMGs in CQC but not longer range. The maps could be improved at certain choke points and it seems that you constantly getting flanked from everywhere. The stealth mechanic does of course make it even worse so I think there's room for improvement there. I would like to see a more tactical mode like SnD in this game. Keep it up and have a great day. One thing you said about boring updates I found interesting was "is it acceptable?" To me, absolutely yes. If we were paying for paid DLC every season or updating a membership you expect quality content every time. However, in a game where we pay $60 up front and play for 9 years with constant free content updates, does it all have to be top quality? Fuck no. Its risky for them to keep releasing boring content but well within their rights

I feel like recruit should have extra of the secondary gadgets like in year 1

In my mind Bleed/Bliss/SCARZ all underperformed while CAG/PSG Talon/FearX all exceeded expectations. Bleed felt extremely inconsistent their entire run at the major and Bliss fell off hard in the BO3s. SCARZ were really hampered by the inability for any combo of their fraggers to perform at the same time and it seemed like they missed Pyon's IGLing in their international matchups (albeit out of their control due to his health issues). I think CAG had a very solid showing for their first outing with this roster, they gave BDS a far better match than any team they faced in a BO3 until Beastcoast beat them. They have things to work on, but their ceiling feels higher than any of their previous iterations. PSG Talon themselves expected to go 0-3 and were aiming to just get international experience, so for them to come within one BO3 of makng main stage is definitely overperforming, and I'll be curious to see what Fabian can help them do in this off-season. FearX looked solid beating G2 but unfortunately lost in the only BO3 Bleed really showed up to, but I dont know how much farther this version of the roster with Nova on it would realistically have gotten in Phase 2. Also think its more likely for Striker to see ranked/comp play than Sentry, seems like making an EMP/Hard Breach combo or 2 Frags/3 Flashes is more plausible than the combos Sentry offers, without mentioning that its harder to slot into a defense lineup as is due to their overall strength at the moment.

This major was great and very surprising to see a different region take the whole thing, a lot of surprising things also happened this major beastcoast miracle run, Liquid going as far as they did even though they were going to be eliminated if ssg didn’t sell, bleed’s hot start after getting 7-0 by ssg twice and barely beating FearX, G2 not even qualifying for the major, BDS lose to PSG, and Faze and furia both not making it to the finals. I don’t think I saw anything like this happening at all this major but it definitely was entertaining
