But if you block and back fist, then hip throw, thats 2 moves and you can throw them as hard as you want. Online I see a ton of comments criticizing Shaolin Kempo. I think many of the criticisms are completely unfounded and unfair. 1. We catch flak because we have 108 combinations….well guess what?American kenpo has 154 and no one gives them any flak for it. 2. Many of our katas are straight out of shotokan karate which is a terrific style. 3. Much of the early curriculum was created by Victor Gascon, a highly respected martial artist and the founder of karazenpo go shinjitsu who trained in kajukenbo. Some endings of combinations 4 do you know how to have a right punch left punch instead they have what is known as dragons and triggers double strikes to the eyes double strikes to the temple.

No ,,it's to late you would already be copping the opponents left ,probably work with a non striker but even then you leave yourself way open to that left coming in cos it would have been a 1 ,2 punch ,no one throws just one soooo ,(this is the very 1st move you did by the way) What you should have done is divert with your left and hit him at the same time with your right ,that way when the opponents left comes through your right is already there to divert it ,,then you can do all the other stuff and don't be so stiff ,get some flow in ya ,you're like a robot ,,(with flow comes power and speed ,effortlessly ,why ,because flow takes Breath ,timing ,structure and repeat the tech 10,000 times ,,after that it will be in deep cell memory and you won't be so much of a robot ,but having said all that great vid ,,i rather slap the hands down most of the time but cant be to hard because when you do it you don't want to wake the baby ,,and if you don't wake the baby then it's all over by the time someone blinks ,,wake the baby then your fighting flat out and it could mean your life ,,,,,,DON'T WAKE THE BABY!!!!!

This Kempo technique is generally and only used in Tom Ingargiola lineage schools, they have the most pure and extensive original curriculum of Shaolin Kempo Karate!
