How do you pee without pushing? Like that makes no sense. You’d be incontinent if it just could come out without consciously pushing. Also who stands like that over a toilet??? I am so confused
My whole life I've had to push to pee, and had chronic UTIs .... Found out in 2014 I have a neurogenic bladder with excessive toning? And even pushing I was only emptying ¾ of my bladder.

pain may be treated with medication but endometriosis is not treated by meds. In fact disease can and does progress despite suppression
Endometriosis makes its own estrogen little influenced by outside factors, and suppression attempts. Path reports on endometriosis lesions rarely have evidence of blood vessels in the lesions, most of our 200,000 pts who underwent surgical diagnosis that failed was due to failure to look at the most common sites of occurrence

The breath component is exactly what I need to help deal with a bunch of pain throughout my back and right shoulder due to a 30 m fall T 9 fracture dislocated shoulder. The impact totally squashed my rib cage at the same time as fracturing my T9 Therefore breathing was difficult and still is. I’ll work on this thanks for putting this out here.

Say WHAT???????? His body, his choice, and do you actually know his reasons? When was this video made, anyway? And, please tell everyone just how a mask can be polluting the environment? We have clinics in Denver, Atlanta and Princeton. But there are other physical therapists who do Redcord suspension in other cities around the country.

Yes it is a gentle exercise appropriate for all moms. Always remember to ask your physician and/or physical therapist before beginning any new exercise program.
